Central location, free Wi-Fi and convenient Bistro. Shower was great. Staff were friendly & helpful. Bathroom was cramped - nowhere to put things. Very limited choice of TV stations. Breakfast was mediocre and loud TV was distracting. |

Good value, helpful staff, nice large room, close to Aberdeen city centre, good value restaurant. No biscuits in room. No parking so have to use expensive (even with hotel discount) NCP car park. |

We are 81 years and 78years old so we did rather staid activities. We visited the Hazelhead Park which was most interesting and the azaelea garden was outstanding. We visited the St. Nicholas old church which has a wonderful chapel commemerating the Piper Alpha disaster. Visited Crathes Castle(NT) which was very interesting. The bus services were excellent.M&S very good Pigeons cooed all night. |

Hotel was really clean and breakfast was good. Showers were really powerful. Not the hotel itself, but quite noisy with traffic and seagulls! |

Central hotel. Nice room and bed was OK, It was possible to make coffe on the room. Free internat that worked OK. The breakfast, buffet english breakfast, was poor. The tomatoes was almost uneatable as they had been laying in the heater. The bathroom fan was very noisy and the bathroom floor was cold. |

Nice hotel and very clean room Very noisy at night and all during the night from when we got back to our room at 1am until 5am, noise from within the hotel and also from the busy street outside. Noise then continued from close pub moving empty glass bottles very early in the morning so not much sleep for either of us |

Close to shops and attractions. Very good breakfast. Friendly, efficient hotel staff. Good quality bathroom with excellent power shower. Bad quality windows with flaking paint, lack of double glazing and cheap worn curtains. Fairly noisy street in the morning due to traffic. Not great TV reception and no digital channels. The street is a bit of a prostitute hotspot. |

nice warm room Staff going through reception with jugs milk etc. This is not good. Chambermaids throwing clean sheets and towels on floor outside rooms and cluttering up corridors. My husband is disabled and there was not clear pathways. |

Nice standard of room. Excellent shower. Central location was ideal. Staff seemed rushed and solemn. Made to feel, as a guest, you were a hassle/distraction from the other aspects of their job, instead of the most important aspect. |

Hyggelig betjening Lydisolerte vinduer.
