Aberdeen Douglas Hotel    

Staff warm and friendly, room and bed very comfortable and despite being in the city centre was quiet. Very well located. Would stay again if returning to Aberdeen.

The staff could not have been more polite and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. When we arrived we were shown a room with a double bed which was not suitable for my daughter and I. There was no problem with changing rooms and it was all done in 5 minutes. The location is perfect for the bus and rail station, shopping and sight seeing.

There was blood on one of our towels, the kettle didnt work, the window didnt open, and the view was non existant. The bathroom was absolutely tiny, was hardly enough room for one person in there let alone a bath.

Molly's Bistro great fish and chips. Malones Bar great oint of guiness. Room clean and comfortable . Breakfast good. Staff very helpfull.

Friendly and professional staff

Expensive. The furnishings in the room were shappy - two lamps were broken. The room was hot, and would not cool down although it was cool outside and the windows were open.

The location is terrible due to the poor state of the street it is on.

Nice friendly bar, with reasonable prices for City Centre hotel. Decor and furnishings well maintained and quite spacious bedroom.

No parking spaces available in hotel car park. Had to park in multi-story round the corner.

This hotel is an awesome place will Use this hotel every time from now on when I visit Aberdeen . Great value for money and a comfortable stay and staff were fantastic a credit to Aberdeen .

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially reception. Spacious room, good breakfast, excellent location near rail station, shops, museums and not bad for seafront. Heating adjustable, free wifi. Good restaurant.

Bathroom lacked towel rail, which was rather curious in such a well-specified room!

Some stairs between lift and room Slightly dated/worn Two of the overhead lights in room did not work (or I couldn't find switch). Street-side bathroom window large and thin, admitting lots of street noise and cold air. We kept the bath door closed at night. WiFi access was unnecessarily complicated and tedious: assigned username and pw for every device and had to log in (with codes like x4jz) every time the device went into sleep mode.

The lack of parking. Only 20 spaces for the whole hotel. Artistic details on web site regarding parking. And parking is not actually at the hotel but a street away

This is the Third time i have stayed at the Douglas Hotel, Handy for the shop's.Casino and good food, staff are great and the Bar is excellent

Rooms were spotless and facilities excellent. Buffet breakfast was faultless, plenty of variety.

The location was great and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the breakfast choice was full of variety.

There was no hairdryer in the room and whilst this may seem a bit picky, when you are only staying for one night it would have been useful not to have to pack a hair dryer.

Had a nice room at the front but revellers for st Patrick's day were very noisy til after 3 - kept us awake - but as I say the hotel team changed the room for the next night. Much better sleep - thanks
