Nice bar area
The location, room was comfortable & clean. Staff friendly & helpfull
Paid for a suite and that's what we got a suite in the middle of a building site
It is a good example of the chain. Well run and the two problems I had were efficiently resolved. Room okay - fresh - little cramped around bed/desk area. Wifi a bit unpredictable. Bathroom - shower good, lots of towels and necessities. Bed okay - happy with pillow options too. Breakfast - well worth the money.
Food option other than breakfast - had a lasagne - well that was what it said on the menu - not nice. Accept, reluctantly, that week day hotel rates in Aberdeen are ludicrously high ( could have gone to New York for price of two nights here) so did not appreciate the rolling advert on reception screen advising me that could have a room, probably weekend rate, for £30 odd. As a business traveller acknowledge that we do often pay more - but is it really necessary to emphasise it to such a degree ?
An excellent "base" for our trip to Aberdeen, very comfortable and spacious room.
Good location, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, good value.
Not the cleanest hotel, some road noise, weak WiFi signal.
Cosy bedrooms.. nice facilities. Helpful staff.. plenty choice at breakfast..
The room was nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with varied choice.
We were very surprised because we didn't pay a lot for such a great experience. The food was very good, and the room very comfortable! Maybe a little noisy next to the road, but not so disturbing.
Location, cleanliness & breakfast
Rooms are little small and furniture is crammed in. Lunch was expensive and really low quality.
Dogs allowed, close to local parkrun and beach, spacious room and good shower.
Breakfast very expensive so didn't eat here.
Personaly i am a very cold person and usually hotels only do Air Con but no complaints as i had two raditors so fab for me. Partner loved the preasure of the shower. Loads to choose from on the breakfast which was included
Tv in sitting area was directly infront of the bedroom tv so when using the remote kept picking up and putting on sitting area tv no big fuss just switched off at plug
The beds were comfy and the room very clean. Room service was quick and food good quality. Staff friendly & helpfull.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good and the room was very comfortable and quiet.Excellent location for access to Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.
great food and excellent accommodation friendly staff
I appreciated the distance from the hotel to my final destination. The welcoming staff were very friendly and efficient as were the bar and restaurant staff. The breakfast was fabulous

Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Saturday morning breakfast very good. Eggs cooked to order and used plates taken away promptly
Breakfast staff on Sunday morning poor incomparison with Saturday morning staff. Fried eggs dry and curling, overall just not as good. The waiting staff left the various plates piling up until I had to move them myself. Had trouble with room keys. They had to be reprogrammed 3 times as we had trouble trying to get into our room
Lovely hotel, well positioned, clean and easy to get to. Free parking Although we were on the ground floor next to the lifts, there was very little noise heard from other quests.
Maid coming into room at 9.45 when I was told we had a 12 noon checkout. Standing in a queue at the bar, only 1 person on the bar who was not always there, as he was serving food to customers as well.
Great place to stay friendly, clean, excellent nights sleep and to top it all a fantastic breakfast
Very warm building
Good clean hotel, friendly staff with good facilities.
Bathroom needs a refresh, meals very expensive, not quite to the standard of Premier Inn
Ian and Chelsea are excellent at promoting the Holiday Inn very knowledgeable about the area, nothing was to much trouble
excellent location on outskirts of Aberdeen, ideal for visiting Peterhead area, rooms very comfy with all facilities
Rooms decorated to highest standard couldn't fault anything. Location is excellent with bus stop right outside so easy to get to city centre. Defiantly stay there again
Could not fault anything
The bed The room The shower Breakfast choices
The electric socket plugs are not suitable for charging new products ie iPhones, iPads etc as not enough space for plug and port due to built in cabinet.
