I had charmful greeting at Aberdeen Guest House, the room was comfortable, I had everything I needed for a very good price. In addition to it the place is well situated, from London city center (Liverpool Station) it takes 15 minutes by train, and the Guest House is really 5 minutes from the train station. I would recommend it to everyone who want to have a cheap and pleasant journey in London!

I choose this guest house by the reviews from other customers and was able to see for myself that they are all true- a nice and friendy lady gave me a very warm welcome at my arrival and even gave me a larger room than what I have paid for. The room was very cosy and tidy, the neighbourhood is really nice, an absolytelly brilliant value for money. My new favourite place to stay when going to Upton Park for a West Ham United game.

I came to London for the New Year fireworks so needed a cheap option near to a station. This was ideal - 5 mins from the station at ilford and good value for money. Clean and comfortable room. No b;fast offered but rather nice touch with cereals, milk, fruit juice all in a fridge - unexpected bonus. Helpful staff who emailed me in advance with travel advice that I had asked for.

I stayed at this hotel before and was very dissapointed this time the first night I moved the bed to reveal heavy mold and black marks on the wall the second night I got little sleep due to guests being noisy as the walls are paper thin I will not stay again

It was very quiet I was freezing! Told the lady, she put on the heating for like 10mins, just when it started warming up, she turned it back off. Couldn't take off my clothes, slept in a jumper and socks!

Great place! I will definitely go there again when visiting London next time. There was one single bed and one double bed in the room. The picture on the booking.com website is not doing any justice for that place. I assume that the building have been painted white and renovated since the picture was taken. The couple running the place is very very nice. Very nice Roosters Piri Piri restaurant 100m from the Hotel (open late) and a pub next to that. 200M shopping centre and also Primark (if you are interested in buying clothes with budget). Not the best place during hot weather, because there was no air conditioning in the room.

Much cheaper than others in area. Free parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Fridge & kettle in room. No compulsory big breakfast included in price (cereals and juice in room + fridge for own stuff). Room was near front door and adjoining room door very near - not well sound-proofed so easily woken by other guests. Upstairs rooms might be better but I don't know.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly (even though we got slightly lost on the way there and turned up at 10.30pm on the first night) The room was clean and comfortable, with cereals, milk and fruit juice supplied for breakfast as promised. Very close to train station, buses and local shops. We would definately recommend this guest house and stay here again. Nothing to dislike - we enjoyed our stay.

We didn't stay there for very long, only one night. But we arrived quite late and the staff was very nice about it and very helpful. The room was really pretty and very clean, and there was a tv and mini fridge and a kettle with coffee and tea as well. It was also supplied with cereal, milk and juice. There was also a good wifi connection. Good price as well. I would recommend this to anyone.

We liked the location of this guest house. It was close enough to Ilford railway station, but far enough from the main road, not to get any noisy people walking past at night. Although the guest house doesn't officially provide breakfast, there was a choice of cereals in the room, with some milk and fruit juice provided in the fridge. The owners were very friendly & made us feel welcome. The only downside I can think of is that the bathroom was quite small in the room that we stayed in. We didn't mind this, but it probably wouldn't suit someone who prefers bathrooms with a lot of space.
