As the guest house didn't do breakfast there were boxes of cereal in the room together with a fridge containing fresh milk and orange juice, and the owner had even supplied a microwave

It was very quiet I was freezing! Told the lady, she put on the heating for like 10mins, just when it started warming up, she turned it back off. Couldn't take off my clothes, slept in a jumper and socks!

I choose this guest house by the reviews from other customers and was able to see for myself that they are all true- a nice and friendy lady gave me a very warm welcome at my arrival and even gave me a larger room than what I have paid for. The room was very cosy and tidy, the neighbourhood is really nice, an absolytelly brilliant value for money. My new favourite place to stay when going to Upton Park for a West Ham United game.

Welcome from staff was good and efficient - room was clean and adequately equipped, although a little stark, and a method of obtainingh some heating would have been good E.G. an electricfan heater. OVERALL, GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Very friendly staff owned the hotel. it was very cheap and great value for money. there was tea making facilities in the room aswel as cereal, biscuits and fruit juices. we could come and go as we pleased and didnt have to adhere to any timings when arriving back at night as we had a key to the front door as well as the bedroom. i would stay there again next time i visit London. i would definatly recommend anybody to stay here.

I came to London for the New Year fireworks so needed a cheap option near to a station. This was ideal - 5 mins from the station at ilford and good value for money. Clean and comfortable room. No b;fast offered but rather nice touch with cereals, milk, fruit juice all in a fridge - unexpected bonus. Helpful staff who emailed me in advance with travel advice that I had asked for.

The guest house is very nice and the service I've got was very good! The only downside is the location. On sunday there were no trains from Ilford to Stratford so I had to take bus. Otherwise it was very nice ! The staff was superb.
