The beds were very comfortable and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was a very wide range of food served for breakfast and the hotel was clean and well presented. I would have preferred my cooked breakfast to have been cooked to order rather than served buffet style. I would have preferred not to have heard hoovering close to the door of my room at 8.30 am on Saturday morning. The shower could do with upgrading to a more modern design.

The room was airy and the bed very comfortable. The room was too warm even with the air conditioning on full all night. Even although it is conveniently positioned for easy access in to Aberdeen the immediate surroundings are very dilapidated with torn down buildings. Not somewhere you would like to walk around. The price of food in the hotel was extremely over-priced. Even a simple bar meal came in at £16 for fish and chips! So we brought food in. The pool was useless for swimming due to its size and amount of kids in it even at 8pm.

The room was extremely good value for money and also the room was nice (we had a twin room for £54) The food at the conference wasnt very good (the parsnips and carrots were still frozen)

Very poor service in restraunt and at front desk. Staff was not knowledgeable on system and check in check out process was horrible. The Hotel did not have my booking from Booking.com and it took various phone calls to rectify.

The leisure facilities was very good, had dinner both nights which was lovely and the breakfasts were excellent. I had booked for dinner bed and breakfast but wasnt told till had two courses that in actually fact dinner was up to £21 per person and anything over this had to be paid for.

Staff lovely, good size rooms, good breakfast selection, leisure section excellent. We travelled with a 9 year old who was keen on the pool, so poolside room was good, however the pool is open from 6am till 10pm which meant the room was noisy and very humid. When I stay again I would request a room away from the pool. Just be aware.

Don't be fooled by the appearance of this hotel from the outside as it is gorgeous inside though not much to look at from outside. We had a delightful stay and the staff were second to none both at the reception and in the Lounge/restaurant. The rooms are beautiful too. Also don't forget to take your swimwear with you as it has a fantastic pool and leisure area. Would definitely stay there again.

Acueil bien organisé avec prestation de navettte aéroport et lieu de stage pratique Je pense que le personnel pourrait avoir des notions de français télévision limité aux chaines angflophones, pas de cahine tv française francophones (tv5 par exemple)

Frukosten var utmärkt, äggen tillreddes enligt önskemål. Riklig och fräch buffe. Transferbuss till flygplats fungerade bra. Utsikten från rummet var mot hotellets parkering och körbanan 2 meter från fönster. Det som fanns att välja på var utsikt över tak eller parkeringsplats.Gymmet var litet. SPA? En liten bassäng med en massa skrikande och hoppande ungar... Bastun var dock bra. Tillagningen av maten var inte den bästa, överkokta grönsaker, kocken hade kanske en dålig dag, han fick under kvällen ett par talrikar i retur då han inte lyckades att servera köttet efter kundernas önskemål. kocken viste inte heller ursprunget på ostarna eller om det var ko, får eller get mjölk, pastorisering mm.

“although this hotel is a wee bit out of aberdeen it was lovely and quiet and in a lovely area and the bus in to the city centre is every 15 mins ,i got the best sleep i have ever had in a hotel ,bed was so comfy .
