Aberdeen Marriott Hotel  

Outstandingly warm reception, and great value for money. Very convenient for Aberdeen Airport.

Very clean room, spacious with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Pool was quiet during our stay and is open late which we found to be an advantage. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was extremely good value for money and also the room was nice (we had a twin room for £54)

The food at the conference wasnt very good (the parsnips and carrots were still frozen)

The room was airy and the bed very comfortable.

The room was too warm even with the air conditioning on full all night. Even although it is conveniently positioned for easy access in to Aberdeen the immediate surroundings are very dilapidated with torn down buildings. Not somewhere you would like to walk around. The price of food in the hotel was extremely over-priced. Even a simple bar meal came in at £16 for fish and chips! So we brought food in. The pool was useless for swimming due to its size and amount of kids in it even at 8pm.

Friendly staff, helpfull in arranging transport around Dyce using the hotel van.

Don't be fooled by the appearance of this hotel from the outside as it is gorgeous inside though not much to look at from outside. We had a delightful stay and the staff were second to none both at the reception and in the Lounge/restaurant. The rooms are beautiful too. Also don't forget to take your swimwear with you as it has a fantastic pool and leisure area. Would definitely stay there again.

Huoneen sisustus ja laatu. Erityisen hyvä oli kylpyhuone. Hyvä ravintola. Buffet-aamiainen laadukas ja valikoimat ovat hyvät. Huoneen lämpö/ilmastointisäätömahdollisuudet jotka toimivat hyvin kehnoista brittiläisistä ikkunoista huolimatta. Siisti puhdas huone.

Näköala huoneesta ilmastointikuiluun. Tyypilliset brittiläiset pölyävät kokolattiamatot, huoneen magneettiavaimet menevät jatkuvasti toimimattomiksi esim. matkapuhelimen säteilyn vaikutuksesta.

Frukosten var utmärkt, äggen tillreddes enligt önskemål. Riklig och fräch buffe. Transferbuss till flygplats fungerade bra.

Utsikten från rummet var mot hotellets parkering och körbanan 2 meter från fönster. Det som fanns att välja på var utsikt över tak eller parkeringsplats.Gymmet var litet. SPA? En liten bassäng med en massa skrikande och hoppande ungar... Bastun var dock bra. Tillagningen av maten var inte den bästa, överkokta grönsaker, kocken hade kanske en dålig dag, han fick under kvällen ett par talrikar i retur då han inte lyckades att servera köttet efter kundernas önskemål. kocken viste inte heller ursprunget på ostarna eller om det var ko, får eller get mjölk, pastorisering mm.

The beds were very comfortable and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was a very wide range of food served for breakfast and the hotel was clean and well presented.

I would have preferred my cooked breakfast to have been cooked to order rather than served buffet style. I would have preferred not to have heard hoovering close to the door of my room at 8.30 am on Saturday morning. The shower could do with upgrading to a more modern design.

The room was first class. The reception staff were excellent and helpful Breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful. Easy Parking Close to the airport, yet seemed to be away from the noise and industry. One happy visitor.
