Friendly staff, clean facilities, brilliant food. Excellent all round.
Friendly staff, spacious rooms, pleasant pubic rooms, excellent food
Bar food was very good
Not good value, room not maintained properly
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a good quality meal and tasty breakfast. The room was large with a kingsize bed which was spotless clean. The room had lots of windows with natural light making it a nice light and airy room.
The toilet had a problem flushing.
Everything. The owner and his staff couldn't do enough. Owner so lucky to have such nice staff working for him the food in the restaurant was superb the breakfast was excellent
Absolutely nothing only gripe parking was slight problem but u can park for free in railway station for free 200 yds away
Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous (especially Rachel). Food and prices excellent.
Lack of shelving and lighting poor, especially over mirror in bedroom and bedside lights.
Aberdour Beach. The breakfast. Busy establishment in the evening.
No exhaust in bathroom. Water too hot and uncontrolable.
Good food friendly staff
Relaxed atmosphere, good attentive staff, good food & drink
Comfortable family hotel ; staff very friendly and efficient. Evening meal was exceptional.
Room slightly small
the friendliness of the staff the excellent food
staff were very nice ,i was only there for one night, breakfast was good also
no car park, although fee parking close by,with cctv cameras
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent both breakfast and evening meal. The village of Aberdour is charming and the location was very peaceful. Train station a 3 minute walk from Hotel. Really enjoyed our weekend.
The only negative that we had was that the bedroom was very small (there was no chair to sit on) and the decor was a little jaded.
One member of staff in particular - Pam - went beyond the call of duty. The bedding was very comfortable.
The overall experience was just not up to what we were charged. If staying in Aberdour again we would choose a different hotel which overlooks the Forth.
Staff were extremely friendly , helpful and knowlagable about the local area . My courtyard room was spacious very comfortable and well equipped. The cooked breakfast and bar meals were delicious and promptly served .
The breakfast room was not quite as clean as I would have liked.
Friendly staff; good food; nice room. We were made to feel welcome and we enjoyed Aberdour itself.
No real view from superior room. Some noisy people at 7.30 am!
Staff were very friendly. They were only too happy to help you with any queries should you have any. We had a great time at the hotel and it was near the beach. could not ask for any better Thanyou rob from yorkshire.
Warm welcoming staff who upon hearing we were walking the Fife Coastal Path upgraded us to a courtyard room. I partook of the Venison for Dinner in the main restaurant and am glad to admit it was the best Venison ever cooked for me during 24 years of service in Scotland. We will definitly stay here again ;-)
Large bed Room quiet Food was good Staff polite but busy
Poor lighting in room and a TV covered the only window. No towel rail Difficult to find parking. No wifi in room Too expensive for accommodation provided.
Drab outside in a drab main street. So the room was a very pleasant surprise, as was the food - both just excellent. Far far better than the Marriot Hotel in Durham we stayed in the following night!
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate us with our 2 dogs. Food also very very good
I don't think the front of the hotel does justice to the rest of the experience,it was a bit drab I thought
Friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable and spacious room
No wi-fi in room
Lovely bed. Great food. Fantastic staff.
Lovely evening meal in the bar & the dog was allowed to be with us so we didn't have to worry about leaving him in the room on his own. Room was clean and comfortable.
The lighting in the room was very dim.
