Whole hotel was more than good value for money. I enjoyed a lot our old styled room with an amazing shower! Cuisine was marvellous and I had an opportunity to have the best cheese cake ever!! Everyone who loves the cheese cakes should go there. Thank you and have a nice day, Marcel
location, super views, quality of room
static caravans could be a put of at busy times
General atmosphere, layout, room (2), view of Welsh 'Matterhorn' from window, breakfast.
Carpets were dusty.
It is a great place to stay at. The room was big and clean. Shower was great. The heating was on at night. Breakfast and dinner/coffee facilities are great. Free Wi-Fi works great in the lobby.
Quality and quantity for a breakfast Size of family room and facilities Staff were very friendly and patient even when my little kid spoil ground with corn flakes and milk
The breakfast start late 8-10. Any activities or attractions will be missed. TV was boring
THE BED!!!! The four poster bed was amazing. Very comfortable and massive. Best sleep we have had in ages. The shower is also very nice. The room in general was very good for the money and in general comfortable. Breakfast (food) was very good and included in the room price
Breakfast surrounding could be more comfortable and romantic. Felt like sitting in the arrival hall of the hotel. (right next to reception) It is a 4 star hotel but did not have a hook for the towels next to the shower. No Hair dryer etc.
Very nice location surrounded by nature, quiet and romantic. Spacious room and large bed and shower. Good breakfast a no problem parking. I'll stay here again.
A lovely old house, with excellent facility. comfortable modern bedrooms and a warm welcome. The food was excellent and great value as was our stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Fabulous bathroom, large room with comfortable four poster bed. Great food. Well placed for a short drive to reach the ranger path up Snowdon.
every thing, could not fault our stay
In high season it may be over busy if all the caravans use the hotel.
Generosity of staff, location and weather ,all contributed to a very enjoyable stay, also food was lovely.
Spacious room, double shower, twin sinks. Very comfortable bed. Good food Back entrance/exist very handy
Pay in full on arrival
Very nice and quiet location, good value for money, very nice food. Would recommend to anyone
food in restaurant excellent
The room was excellent . It had a double shower which was fun . The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The marquee outside the dining room window .The all the chalets in the grounds ,but if i was in the area i would stay there again
Quality of the room was excellent with a massive 4 poster bed and superb bathroom. Really top notch. Great breakfast and helpful staff.
Site has hundreds of static caravans whose owners gravitate to hotel bar making it raucous. Wifi is weak and connectivity instructions are bizarely not included in room info.
Calmness, surrounded by nature, bright, happy and cheerful staff, particularly the young lady welcoming guests to breakfast.
Maybe a little shabby in some decor, but nothing too serious.
Nice and clean room and big bathroom with nice shower Good breakfast (although it took quite long) Quiet place - good if you want to relax
Very posh surrounding, so I was looked at a bit strange by the staff when I arrived with my backpack and read in my face as the hotel is on top of a hill at the extreme and of the campside and I had to walk up there. Quite remote, but if you have a car that's no problem. For me arriving by bus it was a bit uncomfy, as I described above Almost no internet and mobile coverage up there and also the wifi was quite poor
Excellent food in the Bistro and at breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet. Clean.
"Superior" room was a bit basic with only one chair and no table, but bed was comfortable. Being surrounded by static caravans was a bit off putting at first, but didn't actually impact our stay at all.
Great location, lovely room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for money at short notice but probably wouldn't have paid full rate
Restaurant menu was very disappointing and didn't know about bistro menu. Sleep disturbed by lights from outside on terrace. No Wifi in room, TV a bit temperamental.
Friendly, helpful staff Lovely Room Better than expected bathroom Excellent Food Excellent Value for Money
Only staying one night
Great location, bedroom superb (superior double, definitely worth paying a bit more for!) The bathroom was amazing, loved the shower. Would be perfect for families. Cooked breakfast was really good.
Made telephone enquiry prior to stay, young man on reception was abrupt to point of being rude, then stated room hadn't been paid for - my understanding was that room was paid for upon departure and this was in terms and conditions! Again, when we booked in, it was mentioned room had not been paid for! Had evening meal, which was expensive and not very nice.
beautiful hotel,very clean and comfortable,friendly staff,lovely food.
Great place to stay, very welcoming, friendly helpful staff, big room with a really comfortable bed. Food was superb.
