Clean and comfortable accomodation; beds were ok and the room size pretty large. The hotel is well situated for the town centre whilst not being in it. The restaurant is frustrating - semingly no local produce despite being surrounded by land and sea. The food is decent enough but nothing special and I would pay more for a sustainable dinner! There were times when I felt a bit in the way - both nights of our stay they had either wedding fayres or charity fashion shows on and much of the communal areas of the hotel were out of bounds.

the service in the resturant in the evening was poor as we had to wait while the member of staff had finished texting then the service was slow and there was only a handful of people in, the first table we sat at was dirty so had to move
