A residence with a sense of elegance, Harry’s is conveniently located in the heart of Aberystwyth near the waterfront, train station and shopping center; an ideal choice for any visit.

EVERYTHING ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT.GREAT ACCOMMODATION. GREAT FOOD, TOTAL VALUE FOR MONEY
very good service when I proved allergic to the feather duvet, blankets were quickly found and supplied. Extremely helpful front desk and restaurant staff, thankyou. I was there for the funeral of a very dear friend, the kindness of the staff helped, a lot.
careless food prep in the kitchen, found a bit of plastic in my salad........seal from a mayo/sauce bottle I would say and prawns on salad not very well peeled ...........clumsy! Good job I am no longer a mystery shopper!
Being located next to an exit where a door is being banged half the night open and closed - resulting in not the best nights sleep
it was peaceful and clean with great breakfast pleasant and helpful staffs.
Very pleased with helpful attitude of mainly young Welsh speaking staff all of whom tried to make certain we were well looked after. Also the availability of wood etc throughout the day
Lack of 'pegs' for hanging clothes etc in Bathroom and no shower curtain in walk in shower.
liked where this hotel was situated everything in walking distance.it was a nice hotel on the outside
the rooms were very dark and dull need updating
liked the closeness to the centre of town plus breakfast was excellent,
i thought it was expensive for what it was, bathroom needed a makeover, shower door looked as though the seal was broken tiles where broken and been fixed but they need to be regrouted, room bedding though clean looked on the shabby side, have been before and quality was much better, on the plus side the room ws huge but looked empty even with double bed and tv and dressing table, had booked a roo with sofa bed ut tht wasnt there, son s room had just been decorated and smelt of paint, husband fell on bathrom floor due to slippiness even though bathmat was in place. Its just need to be spruced up a bit more
The breakfast and cleanliness of the room.
We were in a room at the far end of the building so the Wi-Fi was poor.
Food disappointing both menu choice for main meal and quality
Breckfast was nice
Very dissapointed with comfort. Bed was very hard, no remote control for the tv. The room decor was very dated & old fashioned. This hotel is far behind premier inn and others and must up their game. The chair in the room had small white hairs coverd all over - do not stay in room 2. Also you could hear the traffig at night whitch was unpleasant. Will not stay here again.
Excellent staff, good size room with powerful shower and hairdryer, great breakfast
Could vary/increase already decent menu
Good all round value for money. Family & staff very friendly
Spacious room with all that you'd expect and a nice big bathroom. Most friendly and helpful staff and front desk.
Very comfortable,well-equipped room. Ease of car parking. Very good value and high quality dinner and breakfast. Bi-lingual environment. Extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient staff.
The friendliest and scotish receptionist was so lovely look after her
We found the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities we could wish for. We had a very nice meal in the evening and a lovely breakfast the next morning. Far better than some we had paid much more for in recent months. Considering we were situated at ground level, next to the car park and a busy road. We had a very quiet and restful night. Look forward to a return visit in future.
Staff a d food good
Too far out of town
Excellent helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and the room clean and good size. Car parking very good and the hotel was very easy to find. In spite of a night function, we heard no noise. Noted that there was a new stair carpet which should please a few other reviewers. This was our second stay and we will be back,
Good food, friendly staff and very comfortable facilities. Rhai o staff gallu siarad Gymraeg. Some staff able to converse in Welsh - very important in a Welsh location
Friendly staff Large comfortable room
The fact that a fuse blew when I flicked a switch for the heated towel rail. - lost power to all the sockets in the room.
The breakfast was excellent. The service on Sunday was excellent
The service on Saturday morning was poor.
the staff was very good at there jobs everyone was very helpfull nothing was to much trouble the food was excellent
i think there should be more soft seating areas also where our room was you had loads of chairs stacked up and also very load in early morning as we was awoken by cleaning staff therefore we was up earlier than we would have liked for a sunday morning
Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Everywhere seemed clean. Rooms were a good size. The hotel was a good price.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable.
Breakfast - everything fresh and cooked to order. Delicious!
Staff seemed rather preoccupied. All interactions were polite but brief. Cleanliness left a little to be desired.
staff were extremely friendly room very comfortable food generous and tasty
restaurant closed a tad early, but sandwiches were quickly supplied and were very filling
