Very friendly staff,excellent service.

5mins drive from town. good sized room.

Wi fi wouldnt work in room.

Staff were friendly, but took some to check us in due to taking a phone call and other reception staff did not step in.

Ideal location for short stay and comfort stop en route. Good choice of meals for all ages.Friendly staff from the top and in our case Welsh speakers - although not at the desk when I booked in.

Ability to park easily Walking distance into Aberystwyth

Clean and comfortable accomodation; beds were ok and the room size pretty large. The hotel is well situated for the town centre whilst not being in it.

The restaurant is frustrating - semingly no local produce despite being surrounded by land and sea. The food is decent enough but nothing special and I would pay more for a sustainable dinner! There were times when I felt a bit in the way - both nights of our stay they had either wedding fayres or charity fashion shows on and much of the communal areas of the hotel were out of bounds.

the service in the resturant in the evening was poor as we had to wait while the member of staff had finished texting then the service was slow and there was only a handful of people in, the first table we sat at was dirty so had to move

the room which we was in had a big vent outside the window which came from the kitchen, it was noisy and annoying, making us glad we were only there for 1 night

The staff were friendly and customer focused. The food was good wholesome fayre. The rooms were very clean. Parking was good.

The fabric and decoration is starting to look tired - main carpet (going upstairs) worn and decoration needs freshening especially in the bedrooms - stained carpet in bedroom.

Everything was just what we wanted and the full English breakfast was fantastic

The disabled room I booked was particularly good, with enough room to get around both the bedroom and the bathroom in a wheelchair. Disabled rooms should always be like this, but rarely are.

A little traffic noise, unsurprising given its main road location.

one of the best hotels we have stayed in only one small hick-up I was told meals were sereved untill 10 on sunday. would use the hotel again if we were in the area

Only stayed one night but the staff were so friendly felt like I had been there longer or even part of the family, food was amazing and room was lush and location was brilliant for where me and my boyfriend wanted to go. So thank you so much to all the staff that made our one night so welcoming.

The noisy bathroom fan! Lol but that's no ones fault.
