Breakfast staff show you to table then fend for yourself in personal
Ideal situation, friendly and helpful Staff.
There was a fault with the hot water system and it was not possible to have a shower..!! The hotel were not willing to make an acceptable gesture of good will
Lovely relaxed environment, slight issue with the hot water on the Sunday; but great service to resolve and keep me in the loop.
Oxford bus stops are close
prices of drinks at the bar are very high
The staff were great, there was variety at breakfast with nothing running out. Plenty of parking. Most of the hotel was well kept and tidy.
The wi-fi was very poor, my toilet actually moved, the bed wasn't that comfy and the meal that I had at the party was shocking.
very nice stay all the staff were excellent. good breakfast fry up or continental. great location.
Can't say anything bad about the hotel.
Very near the relative I was visiting. Good car park. Reasonably nice garden. Breakfast very good. Breakfast staff helpful and very pleasant.
Reception staff efficient but not very friendly or welcoming. Overall atmosphere of hotel felt like the 1970s and smelt a bit musty. Decor and furniture dull and dark in my room with some carpets wearing heavily. Shower poor.. Security lights in car park not on at night.
Generally very good. Good value for money. We stay frequently when visiting family in the area.
breakfast was good
Friendly staff, excellent location and very clean hotel , good facilities
The hotel and room did not match up with the amount paid, I have stayed in a lot better for a lot less. Was not impressed at all. 5 Star prices with 2 Star comfort !!!!
Staff were very helpful and friendly with directions to the hotel and with information about logging onto the wifi.
Nobody helped us with our bags to the room, which was upstairs and we struggled to get up with them.
Not much. Fair breakfast, secure and good location -close to Milton business park.
Very poor and uncomfortable bed, no lift to the second floor - had to carry both of mine 22kg suitcases upstairs, very annoyed by people slamming doors. water when using shower not powerfull at all and lastly terrible wifi conection !!!! This was my second stay in past 6 months, both stayed for over a week at this hotel. I ended up using my mobile phone 3G and 4G connection!!! Get it sorted please.
