We found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was reasonable for the price we paid however the toast was cold each morning. We also had no problem parking each day. We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year, not the hotels fault, but the windows in our room we shut and temperature in the room was extremely hot, hotter than outside. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which surprised us for a modern hotel, nor was there any in the corridors which were also very stifling every hour of the day and night. |

The pleasant manner of the receptionist. The room layout which was clean relaxing with a few extras. Bathroom facilities were excellent. |

Friendly efficient staff, clean comfortable room. Assistance given prior to arrival by events coordinator who arrange hair dresser appointment for my wife. Busy road runs by and depsite double glazing there was an amount of traffic noise that required windows to have to be kept shut |

General presentation, and convenience for visiting relatives in Abingdon. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and there always seems to be problems with the breakfast service when there are a large number of guests wanting breakfast at the same time! We stayed two days over the Easter holiday - the first day was fine - but on Monday morning the service was poor. |

Courtesy, cheerfulness and efficiency of the staff. The place is clean (particulary so the toilets) and well run. We had a family celebration there which was excellent in every way - and we told them so, too. A duvet on a bed - if one uses it one is too hot, and without it one is too cold. |

Receptionist was very efficient and friendly. No hassle at check-in. Room very good size. Was bit concerned about other reviewers saying hotel was noisy from events in bar. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and had no problems. |

Location. The upstairs corridors were musty and dated and there was a higher than acceptable level noise from the road traffic. |

Good Location, close to shops front desk staff were not very friendly until the shift that came on my last night, very abrupt and not eager to help. made me feel like I was annoying them if I asked any questions about the area |

there was adeauate parking and it was coveneiently located for my purposes. price of internet access and breakfast was very expensive and therefor I did not use them. the dressing table was too small to get your legs under to complete laptop work. |

I have only one complaint, the bed was very uncomfortable & neither myself or my husband had a good nights sleep as a consequence & for that reason alone I wouldn't return. |

Reception staff were helpful and advised about locations of restaurants etc. We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a strong smell of smoke. |
