Acacia guesthouse is spotlessly clean. It has pure white linen - whiter than white. They are a friendly couple very ready to accommodate us. It has tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom and a nice cooked breakfast in the morning. The bedroom and bathroom decor leave much to be desired - very bare.On arrival the room was very cold though it was May but it got better later on.

Very clean rooms. The rooms are not lavishly decoratef but the decoration made u feel cozy and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for price. The guest house is about 40 mins walk to the city center and 20 mins walk to the rail station. Although u can take buses but we decided to walk as the weather was very nice. The savings was well worth the extra walk tho.

The nicest and cleanest B&B I have stayed at in Cambridge. Exceptionally clean and high-end at a very competitive price. Wonderful and extremely helpful staff. Would definitely return when I'm in Cambridge next. The location may be slightly inconvenient if you don't know Cambridge. I had business to do at Addenbrookes so was fine for me, but would otherwise involve a bit of a slog (45 minute walk or citi2 bus ride) to the centre.

Warm room Good breakfast Shower was either hot or cold. Thought we could have been offered a partial refund due to being unable to shower in this room. Was asked if we had used travel companions shower on another floor level. Odd! Rubbish in room from previous occupants
