Low cost for London

Service was great. People wrote down that is small room but i not realy want it. Very good access to the center city

Very friendly staff. I had everything in the room to make tea, including a clean and practical water heater. I think I'll return on my next trip.

The window didn't face the street but something that looked like an outside corridor.

The shower had extremely low water pressure.

Perfectly clean, very comfortable, wonderful facilities - tea,coffee, biscuits etc, free wi-fi was a huge plus! Television was also a great addition. In fact, was a perfect room for a solo-traveller who needed a relaxing night before an interview. Would definitely stay again!

The location was quite difficult to find. Would request more thorough directions upon booking.

With a family of 6 and friends joining us for a night, it was very economical. Also, my daughter is staying at an LSE apartment house just up the street--very convenient to her.

Double rooms on the main road--noisy. Liked the inside rooms--very quiet.

The staff was extremly friendly and helpful they helpt us with maps to where to eat. The location is good in à nice area with à pub around the corner. Very clean!

- Room was very small; there was a concrete pillar fairly close to the bed which was a bit tricky to manouvre around, but this was a small issue considering the great price and the many positive features.

The rooms were fresh, clean and i liked the aromatic devices which were located all over in the corridors, so there was a constant smel lof fraguance. loved it!

I asked for a quiet room (outside the main road), but was advised there were none availabe and have been located in the room facing the main road. am a light sleeper and was woken up several times in the morning due to heavy traffic picking up. apart from that, everyhting was good!

Had spent 5 weeks in hostels and decided to treat myself to a single room for my last night. Was lucky enough to get a great deal for it being a sunday. Best 30 qid I have spent to date! Room beautiful, on the small side, but more than ample space and oh so cosy! All newly furnished, bathroom gorgeous. Had the loveliest sleep, thank you.

Helpful staff, clean room, quiet location

The single room was tiny! Nowhere to sit but on the bed. Hotel poorly signposted, in fact not signposted at all.

Firstly I must say the staff are exceptional, so helpful and friendly! Good location, two tube stops nearby. The rooms are small but then the bathroom is the same size as the room, I was curious as to what the building has been converted from. It's good value for a good room in a good location.

We stored our luggage in the bathroom to give ourselves more room.

a bit noisy, walls are thin. Surrounding área is OK, not ideal for solo female traveller

The room had everything you would expect-comfortable bed, great shower, toiletries, TV and tea/coffee making. Very close to tower bridge and London bridge.

The accomodation is cheap. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Please note the accomodation is basic. It's not close to tube station so you need to add the taxi fare to the cost.

Clean, all facilities in room, everything was new and to a high standard and worked well, very good value, very helpful staff. I. Would rate as excellent except for (a) size of room (b) location is 10 min walk to station. (C) no bar. Very clean new efficient friendly value

Value for money Friendly staff Reasonably convenient for London Bridge (about a 15 minute walk) Clean Warm (a little too warm at times even though the heating in the room didn't appear to be on).

Bathroom in the single room was very narrow. It was very nicely fitted, so no complaints there, but just not much room. Bed mattress was a bit lumpy. Could probably do with a new one in that room (31)!

Very clean, very good staff, everything is new and comfy beds.

Rooms were a bit small (no place for your bag) and no breakfast room.

I loved the friendly staff always very kind and helpful. As I only wanted a place to sleep and have a shower, this place is perfect, very clean rooms and bathroom, changed everyday. always with a very clean smell. The room also has a tv and a kettel with free range of teas, coffe and biscuits. It was an abosultely very nice surprise that I will repeat every day I will go to London
