Extremely helpful staff! Good location - not excellent but 100% worth it's price.

The room was average size and the bathroom not particularly big but will do four you just need somewhere to sleep. Room service options are very limited in the evening and we found that we needed to go out to find food because of these limited options.

No bar or food when we checked in due to party in the restaurant then Excess charges on room service - never had to pay that at any other hotel around the world I have stayed at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bed is absolutely comfortable. I could sleep very well. Good location to access Bank side, Tate Modern and London Bridge (Bourough market).

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were good if you were lucky enough to have one facing onto Southwark Street. I had to ask for a change of room because initially I was given a room to the back of the building with no view . They moved me to a different room without any fuss and all was well thereafter.

See comment about rooms above. They could do with better hair-dryers. They have those awful permanently fixed things in the bathrooms. They are difficult to use and offer no variation/control function - hopeless for hair styling!

The staff were amazing, we arrived early as we had already asked if we could leave our bag with them until check-in and was planning on doings so, but on arrival our room was ready so we were allowed the key. The room was right by the lift on the 3rd floor, we were worried about the noise from the lift, but we didn't hear a thing. The room was spotless and a good size for a London hotel. There was a internal fire door right by our room as well and again no noise was heard from this. The shower was amazing, the towels were perfect and it was a nice surprise to also have 2 flannels in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and two blinds (one blackout and one wooden). A very enjoyable stay.

Beside the Tate Modern - Good Staff

This hotel is well located and met our expectations. Very comfortable bed, good size room with bath.

These days wireless should be available in rooms for free - especially for business travellers. Ours was a mixed purpose business/leisure.

Great location for access to public transport and attractions around London. Good room with great service and a very good breakfast included for a reasonable price.
