Open plan area in lobby with comfortable seating and bar / snacks Friendly staff Stuffy, hot room- air con didn't seem to do a great deal and windows opening onto main street also didn't provide much ventilation!

Very warm friendly helpfull staff, good location, free wi-fi appreciated, excellent breakfast, good room with creature comforts, we wouldn't hesitate in staying with you again. Hard work carrying suitcases up steps into lobby, a ramp to wheel them up would be better, only supplying mineral water on day of arrival looks a bit mean, windows were draughty as seals hanging off.

Great refurbished entrance, very friendly staff. Location was perfect for wandering around the southbank Rooms are needing a refresh. The shower was so strong I think I lost a few layers of skin...but hey, at least I was clean

Room was excellent, very comfortable with lots of extras! The restaurant, bar and main entrance was being refitted, so completely out of use! This was not mentioned on your or their website.This was Easter weekend which seems an odd time to do this.( Breakfast area was very quiet). It resulted in a soulless stay and we did not spend any time there as a result.Had hoped to meet friends in the bar for drink but went else where.

Quiet room but very small - shared a small bed with my 2 young children - needed a king size. Good location & friendly staff. Price might be good for London but to me £109 without breakfast for a basic chain hotel is pricey.

Good, basic hotel room for Central London at less than 100 gbp per night. Nothing flash but does the job, no complaints. I'd use it again for similar short stay, business trips. Value for money.

Staff went well out of the way to make sure we knew where we was going in London, even provided map and kept bags free of charge! A little bit of a walk from the tube station... Only like 5 minutes but I'm lazy

The perfection & simplicity. Perfect for an overnight or weekend stay in London. The room had everything you needed. Good part of the city as well All staff friendly, service minded & smiling. Room abit hot. Staff informed. Problem resolved immediately.

Nice breakfast, clean and spacy room, quick check-in/out. The Nesspresso coffee in the room was great in the morning. I appreciated the free bottles of water available in the room as well. My room was a bit cold, the shower did not function too well, a bit of struggle
