the service (especially Front Desk) is excellent and value for money. The room is very clean and breakfast bar is good. Helpful staff and the location is 5 minutes walking proximity to West Kensington station. Many convenience stores in 3-5 minutes walk.
This hotel was really close to Barons Court tube station so really convenient to get into town. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The cleanliness, and the property is newly renovated with good ammenities. Free breakfast was available.
It was a little out of the way, but a direct train on the Picadilly line brings you to most of the important places in Central London in about 20 minuts and the walk to the station will take about 5-10 minutes.
The bed was comfortable, the room was very quiet, free wifi in the room. The shower was lovely. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Barons Cross tube station depending on your pace, into Leicester Square on direct tube in 15 mins.
I appreciate continental breakfast, I would have liked to have made my own toast as it was very chewy having sat about, bit more selection regarding bread and pastries
Great value, clearly recently refurbished. Fabulous shower and stylish room. Bed was very comfortable and the price was great.
I like a cooked breakfast but for the price I couldn't really expect one and the continental breakfast was just fine.
Excellent staff, good, quiet, location, clean room, brilliant shower.
Decorators didn't vacuum stairs when finished. This gave a bad, and false, first impression.
Satisfied hotel , can't ask for more .
Luggage store don't feel secure . Everybody can get in .
Good location, very close to tube station on one of the main tube lines. Rooms were spacious and new, and the beds were very good!
Good, but basic breakfast. No personal service, nor foyer to sit and relax. No ventilation in bathroom.
I travelled solo for 3 nights in this hotel n was given a single room at the LG level ~ LG5. It was the most horrible hotel experience I've ever had. There was horrible machine noise outside the window which sounded like a steam engine all night. I could never get to sleep n was up all night. I called up the reception at 4am n lodged my complaint and asked to change room. If the staff had not been quick in their actions to change another room for me on the following night, all the scores would hv failed for this hotel. Other issues such as the corridor light inside the room could not be switched off; the little basin could not drain at all; the stains on the bed, etc.... Overall, LG 5 is inhabitable and i would advise everyone choosing this hotel avoid this room.
clean and good preakfast
very norrow stairs ,
Bed and shower very good
Rooms very small
The place was very clean and seemed to be recently refurbished. Free wi fi. They were very cooperative when we requested an extra bed for our extra friend.
The location was some what not what I expected. It would take you more than 20 minutes to get to leicester square by the metro.
Could of had cooked breakfast
After initial bad impression, staff were very friendly and helpful, once I had expressed my opinion. Very clean and comfortable room.
On arrival, as a lone woman, three men standing in reception, one on the phone speaking in another language. No real friendly greeting. Continued to speak in another language with other men once phone down whilst I was filling in form.
Beautiful Room. Good Service. Happy Breakfast.
We booked a twin room and arrived to find a double bed with a single hidden around the corner. Spacious, clean room free wi-fi. Great shower with plenty of towels. Positioned on a quiet street close to the tube stations. Would definitely stay here again.
The staff were fantastic and rooms very modern and clean The hall ways are still getting work done but don't worry about this as it really is not a problem Would highly recommend
The staff were good and the hotel was clean.
There was no hot water after around 830 in the morning. Breakfast room is crowded and disorganised. On one morning there was very little available breakfast.
I like the area the hotel is based, west kensington. There are some nice places in the neighborhood. There was this nice place around the corner to have breakfast or lunch. Shops are close, There is a large football pub (The three kings) which is nice. The hotel is close to 2 tube stations. West kensington and Barons court. Both a 5 minute walk. The showers are amazing, very clean. Overall the hotel was clean, except for the hallways, there was trash and laundry there from the maids, which is not really a problem. Rooms are nice and tidy. Beds are a bit small but very comfortable!
I didn't like the fact that the staff was a bit quiet. When we arrived it was a bit of an awkward silence because we arrived 1 hour earlier to the check in time. We had to leave the bags in some room, which is ok, but it would have been nice if they opened a door or made a small talk or be more spontaneous. (I think it is a pre if you work in hospitality). We also didn't like the fact that the smoke alarm woke us up at 9am ringing for 10minutes straight, with nobody telling us what to do or what happened. Not even a sorry afterwards. This sounds very negative, it wasn't! I had a lovely stay and I will definitely go back there the next time I'm visiting London.
The staff we friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and tidy.
No parking available and no lifts.
It was a pleasure to stay here. It is very close to "Barons court" underground station, it is a very nice street, so english. The hotel is modern and the shower is just perfect. Wi-fi works pretty decent. Breakfast is good.
The bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows. The shower room was very modern and adequate. Breakfast was more than adequate and lastly the staff ...EXCELLENT
Hotel very clean and good value for money. Rooms are compact but you have everything you need as ensuite, has tv and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast included for the money too.
My room was on the ground floor and the generator was outside the window and makes a dreadful noise. I called at midnight to ask about this and asked to be moved rooms. After a big sigh, he said he would check and get back to me. Within 5 minutes, he confirmed I could move which was great. Shame about the big sigh!!!
- Friendly staff - comfortable beds - free breaksfast, it was OK but since it was free, there is nothing to complain about - clean - acces to a luggage storage room for free! - Toilets in the hall ways - You can buy beverages in the reception - There is supermarkeds, and restaurants located nearby, walking distance, if you get hungry - renovated hotel, so every thing is very clean!
- Sometimes the bathrooms were still dirty - There is no elevator - The location is a bit off, you have to change subway lines several times to get in to central london - The WIFI sucks, you can't acces it in the room, only in the hallways! - In my room the bathroom door couldn't lock - Charge you a deposit, even though it says on their website they don't!
everything was ok, location near metro station (2 minutes by walk), very clean, good continental breakfast included, rooms not big but in order, new and complete with all services (very beatiful bathroom). staff polite and very helpful, they organize us a private cheap transfer from hotel to stanstead airport. per gli italiani: tutto perfetto, pulito, belle camere e bagno con acqua calda, colazione continentale ottima, lo consigliamo, qualità prezzo eccezionale per londra e a due passi dalla metro.
