great as usual.

3rd time I have stayed here and it never disappoints.

I was impressed with the clean sheet and duvet, you don't get those comfortable service in hostel or motel these days.

Very bad not friendly very dirty the bath room is very small and not have more than 3 bath for all guest

friendly and helpful staff. a good and respectful attitude by guests to fellow guests.

location is good, near to underground station. cheap.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Good clean modern facilities. Location fantastic for hammersmith Apollo and easy access into city centre!

Going home

It was near to the underground station.

there was wifi and it was incluided in the booking. There was noisy until 2 in the morning. The bathroom was dirty.

Very friendly staff, made you feel very welcome and cared for, nice breakfast

The shared bedroom was damp and the window could not be opened!!! (In a six bedroom!), The beds were horrible, some were broken!

-There was one shower that didn't get hot water, but the others did -Getting wifi in the room was difficult, but it was available in the common room

I lived in a 6-bed room. The room is quite big with quite a lot of space. The toilet and bathroom is quite clean as well. The hostel located at a residential area, which is a quiet and safe environment. Good value of money.

The windows could not be closed entirely. Throughout the night the wind kept knocking the windows, making it kinda noisy to sleep.

There were no extra pillows or towels when asked for, and the ones provided in the room were extremely thin and almost useless!

Showers were surprisingly in a good shape, clean bed linen and towels provided.

No elevator and narrow stairs - be prepared to carry your bags 3 floors :)

I cannot find anything good except the fine orange juice with the breakfast.

Rude staff, the room was freezing and when I checked with the front desk they told me that this is an energy saving policy(can you believe this), hot water is not available in all showers, beds are not comfortable, smelly rooms, toiletries are available for extra charge, Wi Fi is very slow and not available all the time.

Staff seems unhappy with their job, not very friendly. We didn't get what we booked (5 people on 1 room) and there was no way to change is as we wanted...

Great location and good value for money. Very close to metro stops. Friendly reception staff.

Shower very noisy next to our room.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff the tidyness and the location. I found the Hostel safe and secure. A very nice place to stay.

My room and that part of the hostel where my room was situated was very cold. My bed 201d was very uncomfortable. The lock on my locker did not work.

Unclean shared bathroom and a cold room.

The location is excellent and the kitchen staff and breakfast ok.

The reception staff are not very warm to people and they should care more to grant your special request. I forgot my chargers and called them. They told me it was not handed in and when I went there to check behold the chargers were there.Apparently they did not care to check the room that I changed to. Secondly no lift.

Room small, dark and down in the basement. Shower room had damp / mould up the walls. No milk provided for tea / coffee making facilities - whitner was gross. Armchair broken. No TV remote so TV unusable. BAD value for money.
