The friendly atmosphere and their willingness to provide an evening meal at short notice. Also the proximity to Thetford forest and their bird tables in the garden.

as soon as I got there I was made to feel very welcome as Jean and Paul were excellant hosts and communicators. Facilities were very good and breakfast even better with a personal service. The location is an ideal location to relax, mix with local people not too far away and very clean establishment. Very good location for walkers and a rlaxing break for the peace and quite lifestyle. It was very good value for money and would highly recommend to other people, both strangers and friends alike. Nothing

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we rang the doorbell. The owners are extremely friendly, the room was beautifully furnished and spacious with a shower room to equal most good hotels. The breakfast, chosen from a menu the previous evening, was perfect and plentiful. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and would thoroughly recommend it. This is the perfect bed and breakfast.

A superb B&B run by an even more lovely couple. Room was comfortable and clean and well equipped. Breakfast was generous in size and absolutely delicious. I cannot praise this place highly enough. Being offered a cup of tea upon arrival and having a nice chat with Dawn and Paul was a wonderful welcome. I will be recommending this place to everyone!
