The way in which Karen went out of her way to accommodate our arrival outside normal hours. Her friendliness, knowledge and assistance. The cleanliness of the accommodation and excellant breakfast. |

Clean and homely easy to walk into York. Room was small and badly laid out. Had to wait to pass each other when moving about. This is not condusive to relaxation. Location was a let down street left lot to be desired. |

excellant food and service, close to town centre, good parking the bedrooms are on the small side, they have everything you need but it is all cramped into a small room |

Very pleasant hotel in a nice part of city, it was clean and tidy with great attention to detail. Karen was very helpful throughout our stay and optional Champagne package was high quality and great value. |

This was the best B&B of our whole vacation, and we stayed at 7 different places. The room was clean, the breakfast good, wine and beer available for reasonable prices. It was also very close to the city. |

The excellent breakfasts - fresh strawberries for breakfast also a treat. The Acer is also well positioned between York Center & the racecourse - exactly where we wanted to be located. |
