had a wonderfull stay at the acer great place to stay nice room we were in the four poster staff very nice easy walk into centre of york and parking at hotel was great would go back to this hotel again breakfasts brilliant |

Everything was excellent, the room was spotless the staff were very friendly and helpful! They made out anniversary very special with the chocolates, champagne and flowers. Would deffo stay here next time we visit york! |

The B/B was within easy reach of the City centre and we were able to park outside with a parkring permit system,this made unloading very easy. Slightly cramped bathroom but a nice room. |

Clean and homely easy to walk into York. Room was small and badly laid out. Had to wait to pass each other when moving about. This is not condusive to relaxation. Location was a let down street left lot to be desired. |

Very pleasant hotel in a nice part of city, it was clean and tidy with great attention to detail. Karen was very helpful throughout our stay and optional Champagne package was high quality and great value. |

Erittäin siisti, lämminhenkinen palvelu. Autolla pääsee helposti perille ja kadulla aina parkkipaikkoja. Vanhaan kaupunkiin vain 5 min kävely ja toisaalta loistava tukikohta retkille ympäröivään Yorkshireen. |
