Comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen and luxury plumbing, secure under croft parking.

Paying extra for wifi and parking, especially when wifi didn't work on day 1. Broken windows. Flimsy pillows. Restricted check in time. 6pm too early.

while in the bathroom the light fall out of the ceiling and hurt my shoulder we was unable to get hold of anyone to tell them about this problem. We was told that there would be chairs on the balconly this was untrue. Also told that there was 2 showers this was also untrue

the appartment was lovely, very well equiped and very comfortable indeed. The kitchen included everything I needed, and if I were staying in the city for a longer period I would have no hesitation in staying again even for a few weeks. The operations manager was very helpful and friendly when we arrived.

the location was good for Mermaid Quay, but was a little walk from the city centre and not the most pleasant of strolls either. That said a taxi back in the eveing was less than a fiver so not much to grumble at really.

The location was central and convenient. The view outstanding. The apartment was warm and comfortable.

The apartment was just a little grubby, not really a problem since I brought anti bacterial wipes. The quilt set up was a little odd. . Two singles crammed into a rather threadbare cover which appeared to be two sheets sown together, darned all down the front. Whilst the kitchen was lovely and well equipped, cooking equipment was limited to two saucepans and crockery was minimal. . Just ONE mug. No microwave suitable dishes at all

equipment provided very basic for self-catering (no small tumblers for fruit juice, no means of making fresh coffee, no tea pot or small sharp knife). There were no directions as to where the fitness centre with pool, sauna etc was or how to access it if we could find it.

Easy access to Cardiff and Cardiff Bay. Well equipped apartment. Good value for money.

Bathroom, dusty around the taps and strip on glass screen needs replacing.

The lady attending to us was exceptionally hospitable and friendly. The rooms were well heated, very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped.

We were supposed to get accommodation at the acityabode Century Wharf but after waiting for more than 30 mins, we were told by one of their staff (who was attending to another guest) that they were full and that we would be put up at Supercity ?? We were not informed about this change in advance. In addition, the check-in process is unlike other venues, as there weren't anybody to attend to you once you arrived but had to call a number/employee to be attended to. Quite an inconvenient way of checking-in.

No tourist/area info. Short reception hours. Observation--here as well as Thurnham (Lancaster), and City Apartments (York) -- lounge furniture inappropriately sized and uncomfortable.

The apartment had wonderful views over the river. It was fitted out to a high specification. Access to both the city centre and the Bay was excellent. The development was very secure

I had booked through you using AMEX and Acityabode don't accept AMEX so I had to pay again using a different card.

Quite a lot of marks on the carpet in main bedroom I booked with you using AMEX but Acityabode didn't accept AMEX so I had to go through the payment again using mastercard. I rang the day before to confirm time of arrival but the message wasn't passed on to the appropriate person ( so he said)

Having a self contained apartment with the flexibility of time and facilities that it offered. Warm and well maintained.

Sofa was uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time (back too low); bed had a mattress too small for the base. There was therefore a gap all round the mattress. Booking a car parking space essential. Also everywhere in Cardiff was a car ride away.

Location was very good for bars and restaurants on Cardiff Bay. The apartment was well kitted out and spacious.

If we hadn't reserved parking for 2 nights (which cost £15) parking nearby would have been a nightmare. The apartmentvod have gone with a luck of paint and some carpets were a little stained.

Clean, comfortable and functional space. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. WONDERFUL bathroom with underfloor heating.

Lounge and kitchen seemed a bit of a waste on an overnight stay. Bedroom drawers and blinds were damaged.

Hadn't realised size of complex and thought spa facilities would be in the same building, and at that time of the year, cold to nip to pool or gym and with 4 of you sharing and having to hand key into conceirge very compliCATED WHEN ONLY GIVEN ONE KEY

All you need for a readily break, excellent helpful staff. No problem to big.

It was a lovely warm quiet apartment that gave us the best of both worlds. A relaxing time indoors in a home away from home setting and access to the main cardiff attractions of the city centre and bay. Having the pool and leisure facilities was excellent. Would definitely visit again :)

Appartment was beatifully maintained and had fantastic views of Cardiff Bay. Also extremely good value for money. The staff at acityabode (particularly Richard)were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome with handy hints and tourist advice for the local area. Everything was explained in detail and we were made to feel special. Very nice complex of appartments, would definitely recommend.

We loved the room itself, it was stylish and quite large. Having the kitchen was great to be able to make breakfast in the morning.

The bed was very uncomfortable and small.
