Clean well furnished room with everything you need, close to the sea front & town centre with friendly & helpful staff. Excellent value. Not really a moan as an excellent hotel but breakfast starts late (08:30) which is OK for holiday makers but not so good if you're working. |

Sarah and Clifton made us very welcome, breakfast excellant. Rooms clean double rooms a bit small but adequate for a weekend. Showers left a bit to be desired. |

The lodge is in an excellent location, 5 min walk from the beach and 10min from the main town. The owners of the Lodge are fantastic and really make you feel welcome, finally the rooms are as advertised and kept to a good standard. |

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. Location in respect of shops and sea front was ideal. B&B was nicely decorated and clean. Would stay there again and would recommend to others. Mattress was not as firm as I would have liked, but ok for a night or two. |

owners/staff were very helpful. The hotel in general was clean and the breakfast was superb. Close to the seafront. free wi-fi is a bonus. room was small, for 1-2 nights was ok, any longer we would need more room to move about and put things. bathroom had no heating and was cold, also had mildew on walls and curtains, shower was cold, although owner did try to mend it and was very helpful. |

warm welcome and a lovely full english breakfast cooked very nicely and served hot. cameras all over the place, this made us feel uncomfortable, and the window in our room was absolutely filthy on the inside, this looked like it was due to condensation and mildue, but it did wipe off because i tried it. |

i was upgraded on arrival which was excellent, breakfast was great, left alone as requested in room, facilities in room was all i needed, all in all a great stay.option to stay in room for longer on last day which was brilliant also a option of a lift to a meeting in due to bad weather which was also a superb jesture...highly recommended would return 100% satisfaction! |
