As we were attending an event at the Kelvin Hall, we wanted proximity to that - we have stayed in other hotels in the area, but this was better, as it was up a side street, so quieter, but still close to everything. |

The hotel is situated at the quiet end of a street off one of the main roads, so combined a quiet location with convenience of being not too far from anywhere. The staff were really friendly, the decor soothing, the hotel warm and comfortable. My single room, although pretty small was very well appointed, with everything I needed. Having read previous reviews about the small dining facilities I chose not to have breakfast (but it smelt good). |

Staff were very friendly, loved the bed and pillows really comfortable!!!Would recommend however I feel this would benefit from some sort of dining area the hotel is over all smaller than first thought however very quiet and was not disturbed and only a 15 min walk away from town. The quietness during the evening there wasn't even a bit of music and the staff must be bored out of there head as there was no one in the bar area all night well that we saw when we were there |

The hotel is lovely, very clean, serving a great breakfast. It's situated off Sauchiehall Street but not at the Buchanan Street Station end, but still an easy stroll into town. Our room (No10) had a lovely floor to ceiling window which looked out towards beautiful trees which were just starting to change to their autumn colours. |

The sound proofing could be better. I found although the room was fantastic, the noise of people in other rooms, or simply making their way back at night, did wake us up on several occasions. Also, we arrived back at the hotel after a gig at 10.30, to find the bar downstairs closed, which was disappointing. |

Quiet setting, near the city centre and to Kelvingrove Park. Very easy access to buses and cabs just around the corner at the western end of Sauchiehall Street. The hotel is newly fitted out and tastefully decorated. Lovely, comfortable room and bathroom. Good breakfast. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would choose this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it. |

It was quiet yet within walking distance of the shops and SECC. We were packed like sardines for breakfast which was not a comfortable experience. |
