Great location, nice rooms, free wifi
Breakfast was cooked and served by one girl. Through no fault if hers, breakfast too 20 mins to arrive.
nice quiet area friendly staff
we had early start and had to wait on breakfast being cooked so was rushed but was good
Location to my meeting. GHDs in room so no need to carry.
Room was noisy from bar downstairs. Breakfast inedible. Power cut during shower.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We also liked the bathroom especially the shower and the free Wi-Fi was a real bonus.
Nice location - walkable to centre but in generally quiet area near to Kelvingrove Park.
My room on ground floor facing street - noise from bar next door kept me awake
seemed like a very new building or very well kept. Convinient size single rooms and good value for money. Good location Thank you!
Dust on top of shelf Tv arrangement was'nt functional, could not view it from bed properly.
Super friendly and very helpful staff, cozy, updated, great location with easy access to the museum, university, sauchiehall street, great value, LOVED IT
Very spacious & comfortable room,
TV didn't seem to work, no breakfast option available
Very nice and clean hotel in good location and with friendly staff.
no drinking water in the room (just tap water which wasn't very good) and a bit loud from the pub next door.
Great location, Neil was ace, breakfast is superb, would definitely use it again if I went to Glasgow!
Tiny bath Very Heavy Door to go in and out of Bed was terrible: uncomfortable and noisy
I know that the Games are on in Glasgow at the moment - but charging 3 times the regular price is - in my opinion - ridiculous profiteering from a room that you seriously couldn't swing a cat in...
This was a quick run to Glasgow for shopping. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The car parking was great. The room was well appointed with plenty of tea/coffee facilities. The cooked to order breakfast set us up for the day.
Did not find anything not to our liking.
Location - close to Glasgow city centre in a quiet parkland/res area. Single room on the small side, but well equipped. Good breakfast
Lack of a warm welcome. Hotel wants payment authorisation before you even see room. I find this annoying when you have already supplied card details. Not a hotel as does not have the facilities of such.
The staff at this hotel is excellent! They were very helpful with all our needs. The hotel has easy access to the bus line which made it easy to get around Glasgow. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The free wifi was very helpful as visitors from abroad. For the price this hotel is an excellent value.
The hotel didn't have a lift which made getting our bags to the 3rd floor difficult. Our room shared a wall with the restaurant next door which made the room smell a little.
Great room with new furniture, comfortable beds and pillows, easy to park near the hotel.
The breakfast was so-so, but on overall it wasn't a problem considering that uk so-so breakfast is a really good breakfast in many other places;)
Needed a room on short notice for one night and this met my needs for a reasonable price. Restaurants nearby and not too far from train station.
Room was smallish, but adequate.
The hotel is very close to Kelvin Grove park, which is a lovely place to walk or sit and enjoy. It is equidistant from the main shopping area and the west end so if you don't mind a bit of walking then a great middle ground to explore both areas. Free reliable wifi great bonus.
The hotel was lovely and clean but there were minimal facilities and my room was a little compact. Fine for me though
Reception not open after midnight. Rude employee let us in. Think we may have woken her up.
The location which was handy for the places we wanted to see,all walking distance. The hotel was just great, realy clean and tidy and comfortable. The staff were realy helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great weekend. Thank you all for a great weekend,Billy and Dorothy.
Having to leave.
Very good location, comfortable room and friendly, helpful receptionist.
Breakfast area too small for comfort; lots of clatter coming from the tiny kitchen, which didn't make for a comfortable or relaxing start to the day. Service a bit on the slack side. Why not lose the cooked breakfasts and lay out a decent selection of quality cereals, pastries, croissants, teas and coffees? Or at least smarten up the service and leave the clearing up to when everyone's gone!
Easy walk into town. Easy parking on the street. Fairly quiet area. Good breakfast.
Overly firm bed and very heavy, hard pillows.
My room had a very tall window with a view of Kelvingrove Park. Small room but well thought out, great new bathroom with large shower. Close to Mother India, a great Indian restaurant on Argyle street.
It's a long walk ( ca 25 mins) to both train stations.
Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, close to Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum & park.
The hotel was very warm. A fan was provided in the bedroom.
