“The owners where very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The center of Cambridge was a lovely walk within 20 minutes. Wifi was available and breakfast had variety and pleasant staff.”

Excellent breakfast choice and presentation. Very helpful, obliging staff. Handy to bus stop (Citi Bus 2). for city centre. Nothing - it was good vale for money by Cambridge standards.

Friendly, convenient and reasonably priced. Location acceptable given the difficulties of finding somewhere in Cambridge. Decor dated and twee. Car parking limited. A little impersonal.

Very nice and clean. Breakfast and breakfast service were excellent. The bed was so hard we could not sleep, and the quilt so heavy it kept falling off. The bed head decorations are a bit over the top.

Reasonable breakfast Rating does not reflect actual hotel - decor = tired and drab. Our Bathroom the shower was loose and had obviously been so for a while - cracked tiles in shower - shower door wouldn't shut properly - light switch on upside down - handle on wrong - kettle in dangerous position. We were in a family room at front on ground floor and woken at 5.30am on Monday morning by bin collection.

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also really nice, although breakfast times were quite early for a weekend. The location was great as it is only a pleasant 20min walk into Cambridge along the river. Really enjoyed our stay and would have no problems in staying there again. Bathroom quite small

Helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, room well looked after, superb breakfasts. No bath in our room; shower was potentially scalding-hot.... a lower thermostatic setting might be safer.

Facilities, in particular on site parking, such an asset in Cambridge - it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the full english breakfast was especially delicious with a very generous portion. In my opinion every requirement was catered for therefore I did not dislike anything.

Pleasant rooms, good and friendly service, good atmosphere, near City centre and facilities, easy parking, catered for my gluten free diet. Beds were a bit hard and pillows uncomfortable, especially for my wife who suffers from shoulder and back problems

Excellent for what it was , a guest house. The room was clean,bed comfortable, the facilities cramped but fully adequate, water hot and shower working well. Breakfast was very good , well presented, served by happy polite staff, the esting area bright and clean. The owner very helpful and I am sure would have done anything for us within reason. nothing

It was a friendly guesthouse. The proprietor Andrew was very accommodating about changing our room. The dining area was clean efficient and friendly. Breakfast was included which was brilliant. Overall a very pleasant stay. Close walk to town and attractions.
