The breakfast was particularly good. I was also contacted well in advance to discuss arrival time. I will return - of only to pick up my mopbile charger whih I carelessly left behind me! Couldn't watch TV because I couldn't find remote control. At breakfast proprietor told me it was in " the drawer " but he didn't tell me which draw when showingf me the room. How amiss not to have it on display either a] by TV or b] by bed - as in other hotels. |

This superb 18th century manor house is set in over 3 acres of professionally landscaped gardens. Located in the historic market town of Retford, this traditional hotel is one of the best in the area. |
