Good location, very close to the tube station and 25 min to the city centre by tube. Low price makes it a reasonable option for those who want to visit London and need cheep accommodation. Good continental breakfast. Firstly, we were offered an old and terribly dirty room with unpleasant smell and fungus on the walls. After complaining to the lady at the reception we were moved to the newly renowated room on the third floor. It was ok and pretty clean, however there were ants in the bathroom.

The woman at the desk bent over backwards to make us as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay there again. I really liked the proximity to the underground, breakfast was good, and for the money, a good deal.

The room and the breakfast were extremely basic. The socket crackled when the kettle was on. No carpet on the floor, only tiles. Limited space. Breakfast was some cereal, a boiled egg, some toast and tea or coffee

Ideally situated to the tube station for easy access to central London. The hotel is undergoing some building works. The room was very dirty. Had not been hoovered for months. (Loads of dust). The access to the room was very dangerous as they are still in the process of building to the upper floor. Staircase was not very easily accessed. This would never meet health and safety standards for paying guests.

Location, accessible to train. Great staff and good breakfast. Noisy!!!!!, They were in the process of putting on a third floor above our second floor room. Hammering etc. from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We should have been notified so we could either have canceled, or at least given a discount. Room in slight disarray because of construction. Room amenities and decoration 0 stars.

It is very close to the underground and a parade of shops with good cafe also it has free parking. There are dangerous electrical cables on the kettle/tv/bed side light. The carpet is very dirty and a broken lamp shade. There are no controls over the central heating which means you have to have the windows open to cool down.

The lobby door was 100 yards from the Underground station and 9 stops from Heathrow. Outdoor walk from lobby to building where rooms are. Poorly decorated room, dingy, smelled stale. Everything old and worn. Refigerator in room not operable (we did not know this) so when opened a foul odor emerged. Free breakfast, however does not open until half-seven and at that the server had not showed by 7:40...so we had to leave to make a flight.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was very tidy and comfortable! The location was perfect as it was right beside Acton Town tube station which is on the Picadilly Line to Heathrow, very handy! Breakfast wasn't incredible but it was fine all the same!

The location was perfect for my purposes and also direct from Heathrow. There was no bedside light so had to get out of bed to switch light off. Also workmen working on hotel just above my room who started work at 8 A.M. which is a bit early when I was on holiday for a relaxing break.

Good value for money Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom area, but not bad for the price. Would also have been good to have some chairs in the room.

The staff were very friendly to myself and my son. The room was small but had a desk and its own bathroom as well as a fridge. There was also free wifi which was crucial in my decision to stay here as I had work to do and we could keep in touch with the rest of the family via Skype and email. The breakfast folk were really generous and always had a smile for Luca. My son is 10 so given the size of the room it was a little intense at times, he also loves singing and dancing, which is not a problem at home as we live in the country - but he didn't quite get the idea that there were people living the other side of every wall. I can't see the hotel being able to accommodate this without knowing the secret to the tardis and soundproofing the room:-)
