Convenience of location - rapid access to central London. Good value and welcoming. Breakfast more substantial than expected for 'continental' breakfast. Room needed basic maintenance and a thorough cleaning - toilet leaking onto floor, basin unit not clean, some lights not working, not possible to turn down heating (but better to be hot than cold). Breakfast chaotic - slow service and took several attempts to achieve the soft boiled egg option which had been ordered.

Location, reasonable pricing. Cleaning service below standard, top shelf in the wardrobe was awfully dusty, hasn't been cleaned for some time; plus one day the doors of the room were left open after the cleaners have left (from noon till evening); luckily nothing was missing!

The hotel is basic but very clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. The best part is its proximity to the tube, it's literally across the road and it's on the Picadilly line so you can get to all the places you need to go very easily. I booked a twin room as I was travelling with my teenage daughter and it was more than big enough for our needs, there was a single and double bed. Only one minor quibble, the shade on the bedside lamp was broken so hung to one side. No matter what I did with it the light still managed to be in my eyes!

On arrival, we were early, our room was not available. We were given the option of taking a two bedroom apartment with a large living area and fine sized bathroom, traveling with four children aged between 9 and 16, this suited our needs much better than our original booking of a king- size family room and there was no difference in price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small details not attended to, several leaks in the premises bathroom and bedroom. Rooms not hovered properly and dirt in drawers of kitchen area.

Good value for money Could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom area, but not bad for the price. Would also have been good to have some chairs in the room.

The staff were very friendly to myself and my son. The room was small but had a desk and its own bathroom as well as a fridge. There was also free wifi which was crucial in my decision to stay here as I had work to do and we could keep in touch with the rest of the family via Skype and email. The breakfast folk were really generous and always had a smile for Luca. My son is 10 so given the size of the room it was a little intense at times, he also loves singing and dancing, which is not a problem at home as we live in the country - but he didn't quite get the idea that there were people living the other side of every wall. I can't see the hotel being able to accommodate this without knowing the secret to the tardis and soundproofing the room:-)

The hotel is in a good location, main building is near the road so it may be a little bit noisy but we were accomodated in the second building more inside the back-yard so it was really quiet. Hotel is in the third zone of public transport but the underground is very close, just few metres from the hotel with two direct lines to the center so it is very easy to get where you want. Hotel is partly refurbished, room and the bathroom was quite clean (but can be better :) ) and they were cleaning every day - again could be done better but it was ok. Hotel staff was friendly, smiling. What clamped me really down was that the bath curtain fusty :(( The breakfast was ok, but everyday the same and not really so much to choose from.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be and close to the tube station, nice pub and friendly people just up the road. Breakfast a bit to similar, and no hot water for over a week. Builders starting work early after our long filming days.Accomodation should not have been used till finished.

Distance Heathrow & Hotel 1. Room very dirty (especially bathroom ) 2. Hotel promised free drop off and pick up from Heathrow when staying 3 nights at least. Staff laid, it's "5 nights".(We stayed 4) If we had stayed 6 nights, she would have wanted 7. 3. Breakfast was very poor in a dirty room. 4. There was no wlan, although included in the brochure

“It was a pleasure staying in a Hotel where everything worked well. There was no damage to any of the tiles in the bathroom and the hot water was plentiful, unlike other hotels that we have stayed in. Our juniour suite was fabulous with panoramic views of London city. The mini bar was fully stocked and the whole experience was thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.” Nigel, Hereford |
