The breakfast was very good value, and the choice of items was very good, good service. It didn`t look like it did on the web site, very run down, eveything was old and needs replacing. |

A very friendly welcome. Breakfast was good and the service was efficient. We appreciated very much that we could leave our car there during the next day. The bathroom was not very clean and smellt mouldy |

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The carpet in the rooms, corridor and stairs looked dusty and dirty. The bedspread looked grimy. The arrangement of furniture in the rooms is very haphazard, eg. a plank of wood under the fridge, one of the tv's did not work, the toilet and bath are stained and look very old etc. We actually could not believe the state of the place. |

The stay was good and cleaniness OK. However the basin plug hole was not very good and I needed to clean with bioling water. Otherwise a good stay. thanks... |

Nice Staff Only 5 tv Channels, Burn-holes in Bathtub, there was some weed in the bathroom after cleaning, sticky dishes at breakfast table. |

I got eaten alive by bed bugs! The Sheets had holes in and the room smelt. there was no servicing of the room during our stay. Very noisy, by main road. very small room. |

Location, underground station is across the street.Free car parking. Poor breakfast which was never on time. Noise from the street. Rooms need renovation. They should hire professional staff. |

Nothing, we even had to go to a different building for breakfast, which was rubbish everything, the shabby room, we even had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to show up and let us into the hotel |

Large bed, decent telly, en-suite facilities, even a fridge-freezer as well as a large wardrobe in the room The light next to the sink / mirror didn't work. The hotel doesn't have a bar or a communal lounge. |

Closeness to Underground station - less than 100 metres. It calls itself a hotel, yet has no bar, nor a residents' lounge area. The breakfast/kitchen area was an addition, open to the elements at one end. The "waiting staff" had no uniform, just outdoor clothing - one wore his anorak and trainers, and one wonders whether the kitchen would pass health and safety. Finally, our room was not properly serviced during the the three days we stayed. |

The hotel is very nearby the underground (about 200 m). Very small rooms and you will only receive clean towels if you ask for. The sheets are clean but the rest is very poor. |

Einziger kleiner Vorteil: Es war sehr warm an den Tagen und das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank, der zwar nun auch nicht grad der Beste war, aber immerhin hatte man so auch kalte Getränke (die man sich vorher selbst gekauft hat, versteht sich). Die Zimmer sind total alt und die Bettwäsche nicht sauber... Das Bad sehr klein und die Dusche nicht wirklich abgetrennt, was heißt, dass wenn man duscht gleich das ganze "Bad" flutet. Es gab KEIN warmes Wasser aus der Dusche. Das Waschbecken befand sich direkt im Zimmer (schon ungewöhnlich). |

Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und zu den Bushaltestellen. Das Frühstück war OK. Einrichtung sehr primitiv. Die Dusche roch aus dem Abfluß und die Ränder waren schwarz. Keine Ablage in der Dusche. Kein Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken. |
