The binging facilities
The leaking roof that caved in onto our sons bed.
there was nothing to like the hotel was horrible and would not go there again
i bought a bottle of cider from the hotel own that when i opened it it was off and the smell that came out off it was disgusting i would never stay there again
I liked absolutely nothing about the hotel. It was dirty the fire extinguishers was out off date the so called fire door we couldn't up. We couldn't sleep due to a load of kids being underneath us . I would never go back
VILE is all I can say about this place COULD NOT EVEN STAY it was that filthy I had to book else wear and loose my money
I found this hotel absolutely disgusting from the second we arrived. It's dirty, needs a real good clean and needs decorating big time. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the bathroom was horrendous! I couldn't believe my eyes, I refused to use their bathroom after discovering on first sight dirty underwear strewn in the bath and no toilet roll, there wasn't even any cleaning products which in my opinion for a shared bathroom is absolutely vile, this resulted in me refusing to use the bathroom and waited to use outside facilities which resulted in feeling unwell. I had no sleep as it was incredibly uncomfortable. Photographs supplied on booking.com didn't even show the horrid side of the hotel. The hotel was so dirty that I was afraid to touch anything.
The only thing good about this place was the staff, they were friendly and helped when needed.
I have stayed in many hotels and b&b's and this has to be the worst!! I have seen reviews saying "you get what you pay for" yes it was only £20 per person, however you would at least expect cleanliness! The room was damp! Covers were WET with dampness. I would not recommend this hotel as it was terrible! The bathroom(which is shared) had a can of cider in the sink a dirty towel on the floor and hair all over the bath and sink.
no hot water
No wifi fire alarms at 3am in morning drunks outside screaming and shouting and banging all night
only reason I had a quality sleep cos I was bladdered
If u want a hotel u can party in go 4 this
Its a dive the roughest hotel ever like being in a war zone

There was nothing to like!!!
The whole hotel was horrible and charge way too much for the standard of rooms!! There was only sink in the room with onli warm water no hot drinks in the room and they never once offered the VIP wristband the rooms smelt damp and just very basic!!!
It was a dirty seedy hotel that we turned round and walked without staying, no way we're my children staying there,
Everything it very dirty ,my granddaughter actually slept on the floor because her bed was full of grey hairs we couldn't wait to get out off there, no tea or coffee making facilities as stated but probably a good thing wouldn't of used it anyway, PLEASE TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE HOW CAN YOU LET PEOPLE BOOK A PLACE LIKE THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE,

Very welcoming people. Cheap. A good place to have fun. Parking places (free) close and very easy to reach.
A bit noisy, but Blackpool is really the right place to have fun.
