An excellent hotel. Very well appointed, located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of town. Very well run by very pleasent owner and her staff. Highest complement is that we will return without any hesitation.

My mother and I were here to join my daughter for one night for her 21st birthday. Pablo and Alicia couldn't have been more welcoming. Also a big thank you to Christine who works there and made us a delicious breakfast and helped us with our visit to Warwick Castle. The rooms were beautifully decorated and homely. We loved the 'his and hers' basins in the spotless modern bathroom (my daughter and I enjoyed playing with the magic lights round the mirror!).Altogether a fantastic stay in this lovely little hotel. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Extremely comfortable stay - great location within easy working distance of the town centre. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room had everything that we needed (even a iPod dock). Best thing of all is that Alicia had noticed that my car had been "dirtied" whilst parked under a tree and wiped off the mess whilst we were out! The only disappointing part of our stay was that the shower pressure in Room 1 wasn't great. However, the bath was big and the water was hot so this was a satifactory alternative.

I would not hesitate to recommend The Adams to anyone visiting Leamington Spa. The people in the hotel were very friendly and helped me very much during my stay. They made me welcome even though I turned up very early after an international flight and they were very accomodating of all my requests for help. Good location close to the centre of town but extremely quiet. Very clean with quality fittings and a great shower complete with white fluffy towels - what more could one ask for. Terrific breakfast in a very nice dining room and the sitting room and bar for an evening drink made for an enjoyable 5 day stay for myself and my Uncle and Aunt who stayed for one evening.

The owner was very welcoming and attentive. Rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Bowl of fruit and ample tea, coffee and biscuits and bottled water provided during our stay.We stayed in a cold snap -4 but the room was always very warm. Good to be able to come and go as we pleased. Parking was good and we were able to walk in to the town. Breakfast was excellent - good choice, nicely cooked and hot. The double room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate.

We were made most welcome and everywhere was immaculate. I can't remember a place being in such good decorative order. Good location for Leamington Spa centre and good breakfast.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast superb, everything was quality. Location for the Assembley was excellent with many eating places nearby. Will definately stay here again!

We stayed at the Adams as a couple on a weekend break without our children, however people were also staying there as a family, and it's ideal for either couples or families. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was well placed very near to the town, and the breakfast was delicious.

A very well presented and clean hotel, with lots of character in a Regency style. The owners made us feel at home and helped us with choosing and booking restaurants for the weekend. Would recommend to others staying in the area.
