From Heathrow Airport is conveniently accessible by a 15-minute express train to the station Peddington. Hotle is only 3-5 minutes by foot from Peddington. On the other side of the hotel Lancaster Gate underground station - 6 minutes by foot. Bus number 23 stop to Soho, Oxford street and London Bridge 1 minute. Prior to Hyde Park 3 minutes. Worst hotel in which I had visited. For absolutely crazy money, you get room worse then in hostel, an old battered and worn furniture, wallpaper peel and leaking from the ceiling. In our room was the smell of food from the kitchen. Shower size 40 to 40 cm, the water flows out of the shower thin stream and only hot water. The room was not even drinking water, refrigerator and Wi fi. Irritated, rude and unfriendly staff. At Reception we seen a swearing chef with the administrator. No lift, a narrow staircase, drag on the 4th floor suitcase ...

Greetings I was staying in your Adare hotel from October 15 to October 23 room 7. My reservation was done by me personally for two persons. On October 22, I was waiting my visitor to come and your reception guy stopped her. I reported to reception and informed and this is my other person I have paid for . He rejected again and again. I tried to convince him but there was no way . I have paid for transportation and he corrupted my arrangement. If you believe that I have the righ

There was absolutely nothing to recommend this hotel, other than the location: I needed somewhere very close to Paddington Station. On arrival, I was told there was a 5% surcharge over the price quoted by booking.com. The bedroom was small; the bathroom was unbelievably tiny, right down to a child-sized toilet seat. When I booked, most other hotels in the area were full. Now I know why this one wasn'T.

Very good location for Paddington Station, my room (#4 just behind reception) was quiet. Reception friendly and helpful. The room was very very basic (not a complaint - just an fyi), shower stall had some mildew and two out of four lamps in the room didn't work. All of the above was not a problem for me as I just wanted an inexpensive place to stay to get to Paddington Station early in the morning.

Convenient to Paddington Express Long walk up stairs with luggage. Hotel staff didn't tell me timing for breakfast and check out so I was late. Room was basic. Bathroom lite did not work.

Located close to the Puddington train station. No shampoo, no feet towel, the receptionist refused to help me carry my suitcase downstairs in the morning even though I explained I was pregnant. The room needs redecoration - pain peeling off walls, fungus of mauld in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for shopping and Hyde Park, open 24hrs so no need to worry about access. Staff very polite and friendly. We were disappointed with the bathroom, shower didnt drain very well and it was worrying that it might flood. Cold water tap was loose and turned round when trying to turn off and no plug in the sink. A real shame as the hotel was good otherwise.

The room had the basics, it had everything that you could need. I would recommend the hotel for people who are only staying for a maximum of two nights and aren't spending long in there It was very small. I expected the room to be bigger for the amount we paid. The bathroom was extremely small. I would only recommend this to people on business trip for a day. Also, there were so many stairs!! I know I'm young but it was so annoying when I wanted to go out for a cig. So I wouldn't recommend to older people as its a pain

The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. Breakfast served was complete and tasty. The rooms and the bathroom inside were clean and confortable. The Adare hotel is perfect if you want to spend a few days in London, visiting the city with friends or family. The placement in the city is also great, just 3 minutes far on foot from Hyde Park or Paddington Station. You can have lunch or dinner at San Marco, an Italian restaurant with very friendly staff and good kitchen.

nothing.. see below ! the hotel was in need of desperate repair! my room had stained carpets, bedsheets, obnoxious smell from the very tiny nasty pink bathroom,it smelt of damp, walls were marked ,the beds wee awful, uncomfortable matresses which meant we had a very bad nights sleep and the day after we were doing the Londin 10K! I cannot believe that we paid £147 for a hotel in my opinion that should be shut down..even backpackers hostels are more cleaner and nicer ..i understand that this is 3* hotel but it should be 0* - take it off your site its digusting !

The location was fantastic for hyde park and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. One of the receptionists was very polite and helpful. Sheets were clean. The night receptionist was very flippant and unpolite when we asked for some milk for a cup of tea- they only supplied coffee whitener. He pointed us in the direction of a local shop! After that didn't think it was worth mentioning the broken bed, broken toilet seat, bulging rotten walls, hot water coming from the cold tap when you flush the toilet, the dirt- this list could go on! Probably for days!!

The service was bad. The German manager was unhelpful. The bedding was of a poor quality. The coir mattress was old and uncomfortable. I asked for another pillow but only got it on the last day. I will not recommend the hotel to anybody. I realise that London prices are higher than elsewhere, but also know that you can get better hotels for the same price.

Staff were very amenable and the hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are servicable and basic, and some are better than others. We went with friends and there rooms were warm but ours was cold, but by the time we had been out for dinner the staff had sorted this out. Breakfast was good and set you up for the day. We will definately use the hotel again.
