Very basic room with mould in shower but bed was clean at least. The room did not look like the photographs. Decor coiuld be much better. Breakfast was good. This is OK if you want a basic night's sleep at cheap rate.

The location -close to Paddington and St Marys Hospiital. Attractive road. Comfortable beds and pillows. Helpful man on reception desk. Fair price.

Room quite small and basic, but fine for the price we paid. Tea and coffee provided in room, but no milk!

The bedroom was scruffy. Although your web-page described it as being fully redecorated (or refurbished) it must have been some time ago. there were marks on the walls, the window paint was peeling off, there were bare bulbs in the light fittings, celing light not working, bathrrom fittings broken (not recently), w.c. had marks on bottom of pan, the room had not been cleaned properly (dust on shelf in bathroom) curtains were dirty, mattress was poor quality (had backache in morning), water was dripping from ceiling onto tray that contained teacups/bags etc. It was not possible to have a poached egg (only fried or omelette)and the sausages were very cheap quality. It was asdvertised as normally being from memory £114/n reduced to £65!!!!!!!!

Friendliness of staff; good english breakfast.

The hotel was clean but a bit tired and dated in areas. The man behind reception was friendly and helpful - i was worried about the number of hours he worked as he was always there!!

The staff in the breakfast room looked truly unhappy - they really looked like they didnt want to be there. The shower sprayed everyway but down but overall it was good value for the money as a place to rest your head

Very friendly and efficient staff. We felt welcome the moment we went inside the door. Wonderful Irish-Brasilian host at front desk.

Shower door did not work in room and shower was not warm - this was the only problem that we encountered.

Very well situated central location. Nice clean room, pleasant staff.

A few too many stairs but we didn't mind too much

I have stayed in several Hotels around Paddington and have always been pleased with the quality and value for money. The Adare was Awful

On check in they demanded cash up front for the 4 nights I had booked or pay 4% extra for using the credit card. The room was at the very top of the building which has no lift. I had no offer of help with my luggage and although I am fit at 69 years of age it was a struggle. The room had a very uncomfortable single bed. The bathroom was miniscule.

We received a friendly welcome and were relieved that there was no problem with our parking reservation. Breakfast was good and room was warm and spacious. Proximity to Paddington station and Hyde Park an added bonus.

Bathroom was very small and despite reporting a broken seat on our arrival, noithing had been done about it two days later when we left. Waitress serving breakfast spoke limited English so it was difficult to make requests understood.

my room was in the attic. The final flight of steps was difficult to negotiate with luggage. The plumbing made unannounced loud rattling noises at various times through the night which lead to me having a disturbed sleep

Great central location. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

no hot water in the shower and I was told nothing could be done about that, and freezing cold room as the heating does not work and I was told it is done on puruse otherwise it is too hot in the hotel

el hotel está situado en una calle céntrica y muy tranquila, es el típico restaurado a brochazos y capas de "pergo". El personal es correcto, sin más.

al llegar al hotel no tenían mi reserva (tampoco la de otro huésped que estaba allí), por suerte había habitaciones libres. Al pagar piden comisión si pagas con tarjeta (OJO, un 5% con visa o master card, pero un 7% con AMEX), te sugieren que vayas a un cajero... te están cobrando la comisión de su banco y parte de lo que se supone que están robando a Hacienda. Es comprensible esta práctica en Bangla Desh pero no en Gran Bretaña.
