Single room was surprisingly spacious
Curtains didn't meet so bedroom was overlooked at night!
Friendly hotel. Very good breakfast
Small single room and weak electric shower.
Good location. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
Rather small room and very small shower room. The whole place really needs to be updated.
The staff were helpful, obliging. The room was a good size for 3 adults + 3 bikes. Breakfast was outstanding
We were only able to stay 1 night!! But I think the cost was a little high
Comfort Breakfast Staff
The staff were amazing really couldn't do any more for you they were fault less rooms were spacious and comfortable
Could have had some fans to rent out as it was a hot evening but other wise it was great
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good for town centre and other locations. Rooms clean and serviced well.
Easy to find and in an ideal location to walk to beach, shops and into Brighton. Parking options were good although not free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful but could have been hotter. Room was clean and good size but perhaps a bit dated. Tea/coffee plentiful. Would definitely consider the hotel for future stays of one or two nights.
Not the fault of the hotel but seating for smokers was just under our window and there was a noisy group of women who sat there a lot!
Staff extremely helpful and very pleasant.
Decor and furnishing dated - badly in need of refurbishment. Bedroom very small and badly configurated. Two rooms presented as one but still divided with single doorway. Certainly did not warrant £140 a night and AA rating.
The warm welcome need
Badly needs updating
staff were very helpful and friendly , excellent breakfast and plenty of it . very handy for a walk along the beach , although a bit far if you wanted to be much nearer the centre of brighton , we enjoyed an excellent walk into the centre but did take about 40mins. plenty of taxis
the parking was a bit of a problem so you need to be aware of that

The Location was really good and very neat, our room was comfortable for the whole family and staff displayed a welcoming attitude. Thanks to Chukka who was quite friendly to guests and readily available to help. She deserves an award.
