Admiral Hotel  

El personal del hotel es amable y te ayudan en todo lo que preguntes. El hotel era sencillo y estaba limpio. Está a 2 mim de Paddigton Station, frente a London Street. Cambiaría el desayuno. Buena relación calidad precio.

La situacion muy cerca del Metro y muy bien comunicado por bus.

El trato por parte del personal, un poco frio

The location and price were good.

There is no lift and I had to drag a heavy suitcase up 50 increasingly narrow stairs to the very top. I don't understand the necessity to leave the key card at reception which is in another building and because I didn't pass a reception desk on the way out I forgot to hand it in and after returning after an exhausting day I climbed the stairs to find that because I didn't hand my key card in when I went out they had deactivated the card and I had to go to the reception in the other building to reactivate it, very frustrating. No toiletries provided, like soap or shampoo.

We enjoyed the stay very much as it was pleasant from check in to check out. Amazingly the owner took us out for dinner which was a nice surprise :) Room was in good condition. Good deal.

The manager could not have been more helpful and did everything he could to try and make sure we were happy. He is a credit to the hotel and the only reason we stayed and didn't leave to find somewhere else.

Its a 3 star at a push. The rooms are shabby and in desperate need of refurbishment. The stairs and reception are also very shabby. It is a family run hotel and this has to be taken into account. The room we stayed in was so small that one of us had to lay on the bed while the other one got ready to go out, as there isn't room to both get dressed together! The bathroom is so small that you have to sit sideways on the toilet. On the plus side, the staff did try their best, and when we requested coffee for the room we were brought a jug of milk up to have with it as opposed to the sachets. We booked the Admiral and weren't aware until arrival that there are two hotels and you can be in either.

The location was good, for central london.

The Bathrooms were very small, and the hotel in general was too hot, although the heating in the bedrooms could be turned off the breakfast room was uncomfortably hot. We had a tripple, a double and a single room the tripple and the double were fine but the single room too small and the bathroom my son who is tall couldn't actually fit on the toilet properly. I would recomend if you are looking for a budget hotel and not spending lots of time there ie you need a bed and breakfast. If you are looking for luxury this hotel is not for you.

The check-in, nice lady. The main part of the hotel was nice, the rooms however were in a run down extension.

Check out gentleman, poor customer service. Fire doors to rooms extremely heavy and hinged, those who are older would struggle a great deal. WIFI rate is £6 for one hour, £14 for 24 hours....in this day and age very poor. No gym facilities.

Good location for Paddington and tube
