Waitress told my husband that if he didn't like the pie she would change it,That was service! Food really good and brilliant choice.
Jason was really good, but it appeared that he was serviing breakfast and doing checkout so breakfast did not feel relaxed, perhaps another staff member would have been good.
Food was nice Staff friendly & helpful
Bed was awfull- too small & very uncomfortable, didn't get much sleep!! The location was not as we expected ( industrial estate ) & was too close to traffic outside, which we could hear ALL NIGHT!!!!
Food was lovely, Staff friendly and helpful.
We booked a family room for two adults and two children but only had a double and single bed. As we only stayed for one night we managed,
Good parking, bedroom nice size, good bathroom. Good value compared to some B&B's. Breakfast nice and comprehensive.
Room we had was facing road - slightly noisy when secondary window glazing opened - only done to ventilate room.
Easy access to M5. Rooms have character. Good value for money.
Rooms quite dark. Can not get meal after 8.45. Not much atmosphere, but it was a Sunday night.
Lovely spacious and clean room and bathroom, with very comfortable bed.
Very noisy due to dual carriageway outside the window! The room was very warm so we had to keep the window open.
Easy access off the m5, it provided clean and modern accomodation. Bed and breakfast facilities. Lovely pub food and most of menu is 2-4-1. Hot powerful shower. Staff were excellent and flexible. Couldn't do enough to help.
Bathroom was slightly damaged and worn due to wear and tear from water but clean and fresh
third time stayed .visiting friends.location excellent.staff food.
All was well with facilities and staff were very helpful when required. Breakfast was excellent and the young lady on duty was very good.
Our only negative point is, because it was so hot and we had to leave the windows open the noise from the traffic meant we had a very bad night. May I suggest a fan for the room. (room No4)
The location and food.
The admirals table is a very handy location when visiting friends in Bridgwater. Always clean and has good food. Have used it in the past and will continue to use it in the future.
Staff, wide choice and well priced food
To close to main road you could here the traffic all night, even though there is double glazing in bed rooms
how the staff were accommodating
our bedroom window was at front of hotel and when people were smoking outside the smoke was coming into our room it was too hot evening to shut windows
Decor from the 1980's. Poor value food and drink. Excessive road noise from the A38 outside. Staff didn't seem particularly bothered. Given the quality of other similarly priced chains, this was a very dissapointing experience.
Location was great as was breakfast, and the manager was friendly and helpful
Synthetic milk in room
Bedrooms are very nice Staff friendly The breakfast is very good except for milk in plastic pots,
Bedrooms lovely but bathrooms need some attention & the outside is in need of a make over very untidy & messy dining area is also in need of decoration looking tired & jaded now, Milk in plastic pots for breakfast not good in tea why not fresh milk,
The family room was very good and clean and the breakfast was excellent.
A bit noisy by the road way.
The staff were very accommodating and very helpfully.
Nothing, everything was good
Easy to find and well located for visiting the surrounding area. The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. It was nice to have bottled water in addition to tea and coffee. Food was good. Shower was fantastic.
It was a bit noisy early evening when the children were going to sleep bed but no worse than camp sites we have stayed at and by the time we settled down it was fine. Road noise may have bothered some people but it was fine for us. Car park was a bit tight in places. There were a couple of corners in the bathroom that could have done with a paint.
All the staff we dealt with were polite and helpful.
Room, bar area all very neglected looking. Chipped paintwork in all areas and leaks in our on suite. My breakfast was over cooked, toast burnt and bacon cooked to the consistency of leather, could cut it therefor couldn't eat it. Only ordered bacon and egg so very poor breakfast overall. Room very noisy from road outside.
Very good breakfast, friendly staff, large clean comfortable rooms
Quite noisy rooms at front of inn - could hear traffic all night but as it was a very hot night we had to keep the windows open and this did not help to eliminate noise. Might be a good idea to have fans in room for when it is hot so that windows can be kept shut - thank you
Curtains and carpet stained
Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Rooms and plumbing noisy
room and facilities friendly staff good breakfast well worth the money
no bad comments to make
