Adniston Manor is a 19th-century former farmhouse amid 1.6 acres of gardens, and just a 15 minute drive from the East Lothian coastline. Free Wi-Fi is provided in each room, as well as a TV, private bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. Some feature a private sauna and outdoor patio, and most have garden views and super king-size beds. A hearty full English or Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room. Lighter options such as oatmeal topped with fresh berries are also offered. Beautiful house in a peaceful setting with very spacious imacculate accomodation. Made so welcome by Audrey. Breakfast was superb... especially the porridge served with fresh fruit and a good measure of Drambuie.Brilliant place.

A pleasant property with good parking and excellent breakfast. Easy to find and I was pleased to receive a personal confirmation email fro mthe owner. While the welcome and service was polite the place has a fairly cold and impersonal atmosphere compared to the usual B&B standard. Places to eat around the location are few and far between. I'd avoid the pub owned by the same people as the food was very poor and overpriced.

first impression. what a lovely house and setting. our room was very comfortabe and beautifully designed. breakfast was excellent very well thought out and something for everbody's taste. we would certainly recommend the manor and certainly will be back. honestly there was nothing we could complain about. just the weather snow! but of course we can't do anything about the weather.

Adniston Manor was very clean and offered excellent value for money. Huge comfortable bed, with a seperate seating area and bathroom with a bath! There was a TV with multi chanels and full tea and coffee fac's in room. I was able to park on site which was a massive plus. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to stay in this area, or even if you were looking to explore Edinburgh if you have a vehicle. 10/10.

It is a beautifully restored manor farm house in a peaceful location. The welcome is warm, the breakfast was well worth getting up for and the room was delightful. We would recommend this friendly B&B to all.

Very private and relaxed. Hosts very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast very appetizing and plentifull. Room was lovely and very convienient for parking the car outside the room in the cottage, would book that room again. Hope to return some time. Regards Joan and Wilf Robson

Very well situated and extremely comfortable room. No outside noise at night so a restful sleepp in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice to suit all tastes.

The Manor was everything it said it was and more. I couldnt fault anything - fab decor, friendly and effiicient , and great breakfast menu. I will be back if in the area and highly recommend it!

When we arrived were shown to our room which was excellent,it was next to main building and had lovely view of garden.a small veranda with table and chairs for relaxing with a drink outside in the evening.location is ideal for Edinburgh.

We stayed for just 1 night but we really enjoyed our stay. It is very local to all our needs. The people were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely , clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay again, breakfast was lovely and the local restaurant Longniddry Inn was great for our evening meal

Excellent ontbijt, mooie kamer, rustige ligging, verzorgde B&B. Zelfs het splinternieuwe kraanwerk in de badkamer werkt moeilijk (in veel badkamers in de U.K.)
