I stayed here with my daughter. We had a twin room. There was a double bed and a single bed. The beds were very comfy and the room spacious with a standing floor fan which we were glad of because it was very warm. There was lots of room in the shower and they provided towels, shower gel and shampoo. We had tea and coffee making facilities a hairdryer and a tv. There was a fridge in the room too so we could pop our bottles of water in there. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was top notch.
The wi-fi didn't work, but it didn't really bother us. The bedside lamp didn't work
The beds were good an clean; so was the small bathroom.
The wooden floors between the levels were very noisy; every step of an upstairs neighbour were loud and clear. The breakfast did not at all honor the tradition of an English breakfast and was poorly to say the least.
the beds were very comfy even though the room were small. Clean within the room and bathroom.
Smell, no helpful staff when it came to luggage. Breakfast is bad, eggs very oily and everyday the same. No fruit, also the coffee is REALLLY bad.
Breakfast staff and front staff were kind and helpful..
The fire doors continually open and shut outside our door past 2:30 a.m., the walls were thin so you could hear all of the noise from the others, and the shower was full of mold. Look for other places to stay...
Location was perfect for my visit
The room was so small I could touch opposite walls at the same time
Very convenient for Shepherds Bush Empire
Kitchen staff very friendly, good location
Room was not good, one locker/light between two, noise of water going through pipes all night kept us awake, fridge not working
Bathroom ridiculously small and could not even open the door all the way. Lots of noise till the early hours outside.
Room looked nice and modern had a fridge Aswell which was excellent
The setting was very nice but instead of a double room was given a double bed and a single bed so a little cramped, good if u was staying with more people
Clean and well furnished rooms,I asked fr a quiet room and got one.Happy with that.Slept well.good breakfast and great service
Small bathroom,noisy doors
Contemporary room decor
mould in the bathroom grouting noisey on the bottom floor with early morning breakfast traffic.
Very clean hotel i had a single room, it was compact but perfect for someone who is down for a few days sight seeing.
Very clean. Laid back approach to coming in and out. Staff all polite and helpful. If you are going to a gig at the Hammersmith Apollo great place to stay easy walking distance 1o mins approx with lots of choice of bars, pubs and places to eat on route.
no mirror in room apart from bathroom or ironing facilities. was not forewarned needed a picture ID to check in!
The staff was very helpful with getting me a taxi, helping me figure out what routes to take on public transport, calling tour companies, etc. They are very professional and attentive. The space was also very clean and well-kept and comfortable, with good wifi. The breakfast was also good.
My room (a single twin) was very very small, and I was not even able to fully open my suitcase in the space.
Friendly staff, lovely clean room with tv, wifi, kettle and hot drinks, fridge, en suite, lovely clean fresh breakfast room with friendly staff, great breakfast.
The price was OK. Location was near the main bus routes. Close to a shopping mall helps. Staff was nice overall.
Noisy since you have to keep the window open to stay cool. Thin walls - lots of steps - no help with bags or elevator - so people leaving early morning with their bags banging the walls will wake you up. They will have to continue to paint to keep the walls clear from the scars of luggage in the rooms and hall ways.
Good service and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Location is very good between Shepard's Bush and Hammersmith.
Room is very small--typical London hotel room.
rooms far to small
Extremely small room and bathroom. Not possible to move. Shower got flooded after 1 minute running water. Breakfast canteen very small
Great value and room bigger than expected for a London hotel. The staff were very helpful when making requests.
I can't really complain as the room was clean however attention to detail re: dust could be improved
Great service for not so big amount of money. Recommended for a short stay. Tasty breakfast although the choice wasn't very wide
We were sent 7 doors down the block to another (partner) hotel. At least the room was quite similar. Also the preauthorization of my credit card which meant that we were charged for the first night in advance despite no deposit should have be paid
cheap, convenient location friendly staff nice spacious room
breakfast is more continental with fried or scrambled egg. shower had mildew in it walls are thin so lets sound through
I don't have high expectations when staying in London on a budget but The Pearl hotel (owned by Sapphire) was clean and comfortable. Bed comfortable, shower room clean and everything worked very well. I would go back there.
It felt a bit odd finding out that I was actually staying at the establisjhment 7 doors down the road.
I liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, good breakfast, good service The staff was very nice ..
