The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. The room was smaller than expected and the beds were not comfortable, woke up with a stiff back. The noise from shower above at 3 in the morning was as if it was in our room, and the constant noise of water running did keep me awake.

Very clean with friendly staff who were more than pleased to help. Everything you would hope for in a family run hotel. Very good location with things to do locally and easy to get in and out from the city.

Hotel was situated close to the underground, which was handy. It was nice and quiet during the night. Breakfast was nice and staff very friendly and serviceminded. I would stay here again.

We had the family room. It was clean and tidy. The full English breakfast was good. It's a hotel based upon the premise of "what's the least we can do?" No frills, bare bones, this is a place to shower and sleep. There was no street noise, but somebody downstairs ran a drill until 10 o'clock at night.

The hotel was easily accessible in a pleasant, quiet area, and was very clean and tidy. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Very good value for money.

Location - much closer to underground than i expected staff - helpful and efficient Price - compared with elsewhere in London seems good Room cleanliness - excellent stairs - very steep - not suitable in mobility problems or large suitcases Noise - rooms are not well insulated from each other - so be prepared to be woken during the night

The location of the hotel was the best point as once orientated from Hammersmith station it was only 10 mins walk. The stairs were very narrow in the property and the walls were very thin so noise did travel. I did not like the fact that the cleaning ladies were thumping around long before the check out time...rude!

Nice staff and newly furnished hotel. London style, but not too old-fashioned decorations. Good service, sufficienly large rooms with minuimum of comfort. Tiny bathroom, but not unusual for London. The surrounding is okay and close too several metro lines. Nice pubs at 100 metres. Satelite TV, but no common room.

The hotel was immaculate, with a superb en-suite. The cooked breakfast was lovely served in the spotless dining room. The location for Hammersmith was only a 3 minute walk away. Very good value for money. As I have a back problem, the three flights of very narrow, steep stairs up to the room was not ideal so would definately not recommend this for the elderly or infirm.

The location was good staff friendly breakfast good On 5th floor no lift very tiny stairs quite scary walking up and down , double bed but 2 singles together most uncomfortable about a 4inch gap by morning + bit cold no heating

Location near King St.'s many reasonable restaurants & stores was great, & also near the Hammersmith metro/tube station. We were able to take the tube directly from Heathrow airport to Hammersmith station, & then walked 10 mins to Adria. Staff were very pleasant. Everything we needed (hairdryer, electric pot for warming up water for coffee) was provided in the room, though not luxurious. Shower was nice & hot. It was in a sort of residential area, next to a school. The room smelt strongly of stale food smells (cabbage?), but we were able to air it out somewhat by opening the window in the slant roof. Lack of an elevator made it just a bit difficult to get our luggage up & down the narrow & winding staircase. Bathroom mirror was set low due to the angle of the roof. Carpet seemed like it might be sticky.
