The room was clean and within walking distance of the tube station and Apollo theatre the stairs are rather steep and I did't notice if there was a lift. Elderly guests may want to request a room on a low floor |

I've appreciated the position that, near King' Road, offers several place where it's possible to buy anything and eat every kind of food (Indian, Thai, Mexican and more...)! It's also to consider that the distance is about five minutes from the tubes station where all the district, the city and the piccadilly lines are available. The rooms are bigger than the other hotels with same star-rating. Coming back to London in the future, I will certainly stay at this Hotel. |

Excellent location near to tube stn and west end theaters. Room was warm and clean. Well stocked with essentials. Tea/coffee, loo roll etc There was no breakfast available as the kitchen was closed without warning. Also, not he hotels fault, but noisy occupants upsairs, could hear every step and noise on the ceiling |

Very close proximity to the Apollo theatre. The floors were very creaky could hear it when people walked around in their rooms. Not good for light sleepers. |

The price is good. The room might be the noisiest room I have ever been. You could hear the other guest outside! And because we arrived in Halloween some of them return late they wake me up several times. Definitely not a good place if you go with a big suitcase. The stairs are so tiny and there is no lift that it could be impossible to bring your suitcase to your room. |

Very nice carpeting throughout. Clean and bright throughout. Excellent fire precautions. It was far too hot and you could not turn the heat down. It was stifling, even with the windows open and that let in the traffic noise. It's not suitable for elderly guests because of the stairs outside and inside. |

Comfort and cleanliness were appreciated. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Excellent location for Hammersmith amenities and beyond. Stairs are a bit tough for elderly or disabled. |
