The price is good. The room might be the noisiest room I have ever been. You could hear the other guest outside! And because we arrived in Halloween some of them return late they wake me up several times. Definitely not a good place if you go with a big suitcase. The stairs are so tiny and there is no lift that it could be impossible to bring your suitcase to your room. |

Very clean, very nice people, cheap and good breakfast for 4 gbp, not far from the center, excellent for a city trip, excellent quality for the price in London On the street side very noisy |

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. Staff were friendly,and most attentive to our needs. Room was clean, comfortable and accommodating. A very convenient location, as well! A great value, and a little gem in Hammersmith! Hmmmm, not really. |

Very nice carpeting throughout. Clean and bright throughout. Excellent fire precautions. It was far too hot and you could not turn the heat down. It was stifling, even with the windows open and that let in the traffic noise. It's not suitable for elderly guests because of the stairs outside and inside. |

Comfort and cleanliness were appreciated. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Excellent location for Hammersmith amenities and beyond. Stairs are a bit tough for elderly or disabled. |

it was a great location. Clean and modern. Shower was not too good. i thought it was cold but after about 5 mins running it got warm. no big deal though. room was a bit small but then it was a single. |

Large rooms, clean, close to public transport (tube), excellent price/value ratio, friendly, nicely decorated rooms. stairs steep and narrow, difficult with large baggage, no hotel parking although garage (paying) very close |

The hotel is very clean and tidy, we were given a wonderful room with a vellux window, which meant that we had a fantastic view of the london lights. Staff were very helpful and attentive. I would highly recomment this hotel |

Very good location close to Hummersmith undergraund, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, roms big enough, I would say great value for money! Ottima Posizione vicino alla fermata della metro, pulito, colazioen ottima e abbondante, personale ok, stanze abbastanza grandi. It would be a 3 stars hotel I think if it had a bigger reception and larger stairs with lift |

I liked quite short distance to the tube and bus station and overall not being too far from the centre of the city, I liked not extra charged tea, coffe and milk perhaps it was a bit too small room for three person and small toilet, but it would be unreasonable to expect too much according to price |

This hotel is very convenient, if you are going to see the concert at Hammersmith Apollo. There is no lift. |

The hotel was very clean and good value for money. Our room (102) was large and comfortable. I did not see a lift, so this might be a problem for people with lots of luggage. |
