Clean, easy to access, ideal for our occasion

Excessive traffic and road noise exacerbated by the need to leave the windows open as there was no air conditioning

Freindly staff. Location great for Hammersmith area. Clean, well-appointed (failry recent renovations). Reasonably quiet. Pleasant rooms - great value for money.

Limited facilities (no bar or restaurant - but this is a budget-priced Hotel in London, so no poblem!)

Nothing it was awful

Booked a double room and was given a twin room up in the attic, after going up three flights of steep stairs we found this box room with 2 very old single beds and a bathroom which was tiny ( sat on the toilet and my knees were out the door and I am only 5ft3) tv reception was bad, then got woke up at 6.30am by the guests next door leaving then again at 8.00 by the cleaners shouting and banging about, when checking out I complained to the receptionist but she couldn't care less, wouldn't go there again even if they paid me!

The staff were lovely, and the room was kept very clean. The location is very good as it is a great changeover point many of the lines in London. Very cosy morning breakfast with good food. Would stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Staff very good , breakfasts great , plenty of nearby food outlets ,very clean and well kept hotel in a good position for transport links to central London .

Just felt maybe hotel could do with a bar area , and maybe better deals for a longer stay .

Convenient location

There was a banging/knocking noise through the night (think it was the pipes)

Room was cosy and comfortable, with lock, tv, teapot and biscuit set. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Good quality breakfast. Friendly staff. No lift, but they were kind enough to carry my luggage upstairs. Forgot to say thank you, so I do it now! Hammersmith tube station at hand (350 meters), lively zone around.

Booking.com site to be amended: continental breakfast £ 4, full English breakfast £ 7.

Location (3 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station)- nice room for a low price- free wifi in the room

Was on business only 200m from where I was working zo perfect for me and ideally placed for tube, shopping, nightlife and decent pubs. All staff were very friendly, hotel has been recently refurbished so good clean tidy rooms, comfy beds and good breakfast. Couldnt wish for more. Rooms very similar to what you would get in a premier. Will stay again

I've stayed in Hammersmith before so I know I like the area and don't mind being a few tube stops from the very centre of London. The room was large, the wi-fi connection was excellent. Shower was good in terms of water pressure and heat, obviously the bathroom isn't big but it isn't too small to be manageable. Compared to some others I've seen it's massive...

The room was hot, but this is typical in many hotels.

Location was great, in a fairly quiet location but easily accessible. Very clean, nice play to stay.

Small detail but no hand soap provided in room, every other hotel I have stayed in provides this. The other point I would like to make is that they charge a card fee for both credit and debit card. I find this unacceptable when they charge over a £100 per night.

All the basics you would want, in a central location for a good price. The staff let us leave our luggae at the front desk after check-out until early afternoon.

most rooms are up a flight of stairs - hard work if you have big suitcases.

Location was great for Hammersmith Apollo (Status Quo). Very nice shower room and the bed was very comfortable....good nights sleep. Although we didn't eat at the hotel during our stay (one night only) I did here other guests comment on the great breakfast.

Loved the location. it is walking distance from the Hammersmith Underground. The rooms are clean and neat. Loved the fact that they offered two breakfast options. both for a reasonable price.

Excellent location for Hammersmith Apollo, pubs, restaurants ans shopping!! Friendly staff, comfortable top floor triple room (3 single beds).

Albeit not an issue for our group (even after a few drinks!!!), the steep stairs could be problematic for some.

Good price - safe area - helpful staff - good pub next door and plenty of places to eat nearbu.

Excellent location fro the Apollo theatre and easy access for central London , Covent Garden etc. Good value for a London hotel, clean and tidy with friendly staff and a good full english breakfast. Room spotlessly clean with plenty of complimentry tea ,coffee etc. Would definatley stay here again.

On my second stay here the bed was not as comfortable, so I guess it depends on the room. Staff just as friendly and breakfast good value.

First time round I was told I could pay by cheque but didn't have it on me. This time wrote cheque but owner said no cheques accepted. It seems the fee charged for Debit card should be 40p. Wish they would just incorporate in rates to stop frustrating customers!
