This modern hotel has contemporary air-conditioned rooms in West London, only half a mile from 2 Tube Stations (subway). Guests are a 5-minute walk from shops and the Hammersmith Apollo concert venue....

Score from 1670 reviews Good
Friendly staffs and very good services Less than 5 mins walk to tube Newly refurbished room
Seems like the room has been refurbished, some little facilities didnt work properly like power socket in the bed room, some heater etc.
Cleanliness Staff Location
On arrival staff were friendly and helpful room was warm and very clean,we stayed just one night and it suited all we needed for our stay, would recommend highly.
Stairs were quit steep.
Staff Breakfast Location
Ineffective double glazing - noisy Could not open window Very small bathroom No mirrors in bedroom
Location, value for money, friendly and helpful staff.
Noise could be heard from outside the rooms, but otherwise everything was fine.
Clean and comfortable and very close to the Apollo. Just what we wanted.
Good location close to the tube station. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy.
Staff very polite and helpfull, printed flight tickets etc for me and were glad to help, the rooms are extremely clean and fresh, with tea and coffee making facility's, quality beds , comfortable and very clean, only down side is that the stairs up to the bedrooms are a bit steep, I have poor balance but with care , it was OK. Would I use this hotel again if I was in London , I would be happy too.
Nice English breakfast
We booked this hotel for its convenience to Hammersmith Apolo, only a few minutes walk away. The reception staff were very freindly, Englush breakfast and the service was good. There is a car park across the road £30.50 for the night.
The stairs up to our room on the second floor were quite steep with an awkward turn, especially when carrying bags. After the concert we didn't get back to our room until late, lights out at 1am, but we were woken later buy the couple in the next room returning from their evening, etc! Then the same couple were awake again at 5am ish, lots of chatting and moving about could be heard and they left their room at 6am ish, immediately followed by the cleaners arriving to clean the room, chattering away and then the manager went in and gave them a talking to, this went on until about 7am! Breakfast is only served until 9am, so we can't say we had a good nights's sleep. Oh, and the mattress, great if you stay very, very still!
Very good value stay, and only a quarter of a mile from Hammersmith tube, and bus station. This is the second time we have used this hotel, and as before the staff are excellent, and very helpful. It is always clean, and tidy we do not bother to look for any other hotel in London now. Be warned as we did in our last review, if you are disabled in any way, please contact the hotel before booking, as this hotel has a very steep, long, and narrow staircase, and no lift (as far as we know).
room is small and tightly packed with other rooms. The walls are not noise proof and you can hear noise coming from the floors and toilets everywhere, from above, left, right, front, front right. There are also the noises of buses and motor engines from the street...
The breakfast was excellent value for money as was the room rate. The breakfast staff in particular were very efficient and pleasant.
Narrow, steep stairs but hey this is London.
Walking distance from Hammersmith Apollo, very clean room and considering in busy London very quiet.
The wifi was good for me... Bathroom facilties were good, despite bathroom being tiny
Broken window, room was tiny, bed was tiny, im 6ft 2 and ok not everyone is tall but there is a lot of people who are my height or even taller and they wouldnt get a good nights sleep, also the bathroom is like a closet, tiny, cant move inside it.
Location Cleanliness Comfort of bed
3 mins walk to Hammersmith Station. Good cooked breakfast. Was a single guest in small room with 3 beds, so good space for me (but very small for 3 people!). Clean. Friendly staff. Good wifi connection.
Room was up several steep flights of stairs- need to be fit! No lounge area.
Close to Eventim Apollo and Hammersmith Underground Station Generous cooked breakfast (£7 at time of writing)
Automatic light in bathroom (kept going off whilst in the shower) Concertina door to bathroom
everything from the friendliness of the staff, comfort of the room to the wonderful English breakfast!
The long climb up three floors with heavy cases. We are both pensioners with health problems. Will mention next time week book to ensure a more lower room.
my visit was to go to the apollo it is a easy 5 minute walk there.. room was spacious very clean and tidy beds were comfortable
we was on the top floor! lots of narrow stairs. couldnt get any hot water for shower ar night
Clean comfortable nice staff excellent breakfast
Close to the underground and in a nice area. Lovely full English breakfast.
Location was quite great when travelling with Piccadilly line. The local pubs were great.
Extremely noisy environment. Windows were left open after cleaning. Wifi did only partially work.
It was very clean and the room was comfortable, despite not being the most spacious of accommodation. We were in Hammersmith for a show at the Apollo and it was ideally located for this venue. I also thought it was good value for a London hotel.
Waking up to hearing the chap next door 'at it' with what sounded distinctly like TWO women! I appreciate this wouldn't necessarily be a negative for everyone ;-)
Loved it. Very convenient. Freindly staff.
