The staff was exceptional and always willing to help. The room was spacious and well thought-out with great features and comfort. My whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.
Location is very good. Mini bar is complementary
It should be made clear this is a dry hotel
Beautiful, Convenient, Great Service, Incredible WIFI
Everything was nice, I felt like I'm home in this hotel
Friendly staff, well designed
The lowest category rooms are just too small to be comfortable (for more than one night). The furnishing, TV, interior design is chosen with care but in the end the room is just too small. The sink in the bath room is a design gimmick.
Friendly staff, great location, nice interior design
The single rooms are comically small, thermostats do not work in room (controlled by front desk), building shakes everytime the tube goes by.
Every thing is perfect
Room was very small, smaller than expected
Staff very friendly, Alex is a great example of customer service
Too small and constant noise of underground, not really a room to let, especially if on business
Heated floor in the bathroom Fireplace in the room Nespresso machine in the room Free minibar Extremely Helpful and polite staff
Mattress a bit soft Vibrations of the metro
Staff were very attentive and efficient in a quiet unobtrusive manner. The rooms were very clean and very interesting. Lovely comfortable bed and super bathroom. We loved it!!
There was little to fault and nil to dislike!
location comfort value
I was on the first floor and could hear the underground
Attentive personnel will clean up your room even if you leave hotel for 10 minutes. And they will make your bed in the evening :)
Not really comfortable sink in the bathroom. And the bed was quite uncomfortable as my height is 175cm and i hardly squeezed my seld in the bed space. But these too little drawbacks arу nothing compared to the excellent hotel service, design, location and price!
Everything was perfect! Very attentive staff
Rooms are great, polite staff
The hotel deserves a better dinning area. Breakfast is poor.
The proximity to transport bus and tube station was so convenient as was walking distance to so many cafés and restaurants. The rooms were beautifully appointed and Very spacious and huge bathroom and great bed and linen.
Sooooo convenient to South Kensington station, meaning access to tube and bus all over the city, direct line to all terminals at Heathrow. Like being at a really exclusive b and b almost, rooms so quiet it's like you're the only ones in the whole place (but we know from breakfast not the case). Excellent European style breakfast, fresh and lovely each morning, good value for money at 10gbp including coffee and fresh squeezed juice. Not sure about the other rooms but we were in the Adria room which was so lovely, so comfortable and cool and dark (which in the July heat was a welcome respite), we had to drag ourselves out each morning. Overall I highly recommend a stay at the Adria, most especially if you are considering staying at some chain hotel. Please don't!
I'm still thinking about this, and I can't come up with anything here. Some lady called our room at 3am to request hot water for her baby bottle, but I guess that's a risk when you stay in the room with the same name as the hotel! We had a fantastic stay, period.
Great location . Staff attentive . Everything perfect.
Breakfast was ordinary
The location of the hotel could not have been better for us. The staff were excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The establishment has style and an elegance, it feels as if you're staying in someone's home.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in a luxurious home with a full staff to worry over your every need? I can't imagine it getting much closer than this. The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the pictures of the hotel don't do it justice. The couches and chairs are all upholstered with lovely, plush materials and are very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable that we slept in while in Europe. The bathroom was modern and luxurious, and the frig was stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. Very easy walk to Hyde Park and museums! An excellent experience.
Loved the decor, staff was amazing, felt pampered and taken care of, fully marble bathrooms with underfloor heating. Stayed here the night before my wedding and prepared for my wedding here, was the most delightful experience:) staff were fantastic and helped at my every whim. Can't wait to stay here again, will refer everyone to this adorable hotel.
Internet a bit weak bc we were on the top floor so we had to connect several Ike's but it was just fine overall, and it was warm/ air con could have been stronger
This place is just amazing! From the first until the last minute of our stay we really had the feeling of being treated as welcomed guests. Our room (Mini) was well named by the size (around 15m²) but had all the comfort we could have expected : queen sized comfortable bed, flat screen, complementary nespresso and mini bar, bathroom with heated floor and mirror tv, bathrobe... Breakfast is really worth it (continental for 10 pounds, extras on order). Lovely and quiet common rooms at ground level. Possibility to have diner but we didn't since there is plenty of choice in South Kensington. Metro 200m and Bus (line 49) just in front of the door. We will definitely come back :-)
Nothing serious really, just some details Room was a little bit smaller than expected (no table to put your laptop on which certainly is something you would expect on a business stay) Metro noise and vibrations (but where don't you have them in London?)
Sense of luxury Calm Location
Being charged an extra £5 for room service The noise from the tube
As we are hoteliers ourselves we can say the Adria Boutique Hotel is a secret sanctuary in the centre of London. Great location. Great service. Looking forward to our return.
