Adria Boutique Hotel    

L'accoglienza dello staff è qualcosa di superlativo, il profumo che ti avvolge dal momento in cui ti aprono la porta della "boutique hotel" è qualcosa di strepitoso (essenza di The Darjeeling) le camere sono dotate di tutti I confort possibili e la posizione è unica, quartiere elegante vicino a tutte le zone di interesse.

Tutto eccellente, staff impareggiabile attento a qualsiasi richiesta, hotel nuovissimo (7 mesi) e quindi un 5 stelle con tutte le amenities del caso.. Ottima scelta se si vuole soggiornare in uno dei quartieri piu' residenziali di Londra

The Adria hotel is amazing. The decor was beautiful, the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is immaculate. Free soft drinks in the mini bar. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. You get proper service in the Adria. I had just arrived in the country and I was able to check in early and check out late which was great. The hotel atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. The continental breakfast was included in the room but I also ordered off the menu and it was delicious. The location is great. Just round the corner from South Kensinton Tube Station. I would recommend staying here to everyone.

Only 2 minor negative points. The shower pressure was a bit weak but the water was still nice and hot. This hotel does not serve alcohol but I wouldn't let it put you off.

The serenity was immediate as we were welcomed into the hotel; sheer calming, soothing and relaxing hospitality. The lush and plush decor of the room; all rooms had individual names relating to London, which gave an added delightful personal touch. The evening 'turn-down' which included fresh towels and a clean up in the en suite. Iain, the charming, charismatic Head Butler who assisted us when we vacated the hotel.

This is only a minor dislike: the style of music playing (quietly!) in the background at breakfast!

Convenient location, beautiful decor in room and downstairs in lounges and dining rooms, very comfortable bed, rooms and bathroom clean and well furnished, staff very warm and polite

Only negative is you can feel and hear trains pass on the underground - it obviously runs below building. But for me this wasn't a big deal, didn't stop me sleeping, just interfered with tranquility that otherwise exists in hotel

Superb hotel in the heart of South Kensington. Staff friendly and efficient. Quality of the rooms excellent. Lounge / library / restaurant all very comfortable.

Workmen outside our room in the morning. Being told that breakfast was included and then being charged for paoched eggs.

I have no complaints. The accommodations and service were exceptional. I have never had a better stay away from home.

The ambience, room, staff - everything!

Absolutely everything. The butler service is unique and really personal. Made everything feel less clinical. Rooms were beautiful with everything you need and more. Sophisticated and luxurious, wish I could have stayed longer.

Paying the bill.

Extremely luxurious. Nothing but the best decorates the rooms. The beds are fantastically comfortable, firm but not overtly. I woke up forgetting that I was away! The staff are very attentive.

Wonderful staff - very attentive and helpful. Very nice rooms and common areas.

Some problems with systems in my room, but they provided assistance and a temporary fix - perhaps understandable given it is an old building.

Beautiful hotel, easy to find and within a few short blocks of a tube stop. Close to Kensington Palace and several museums. Staff friendly.

Hotel states that eggs are served along with pastries, fruit etc for breakfast. No eggs and none offered. Also states WiFi / Internet if free. Not so true. If you connect to internet via the tv in your room, only the 1st 10 minutes are free. Then there is a charge. If you just "close out" the internet window, you are still connected to the internet and get charged. You must "find" the log out button, which I never saw. They would not even consider refunding me the fee or meeting me 1/2 way.

staff were very obliging

alcohol was not available in dining room and it was not clear from the web site . Due to religion ,there was no english breakfast ie bacon & sausage (no pork ) and you could not drink alcohol downstairs

We stayed at this hotel Saturday night - What an absolute treat! We were upgraded and treated like royalty. The chef called up to our room in the afternoon to find our preferences for dinner. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had arrived early but were made to feel immediately welcome and after a hot towel to wipe away the grim of the London Underground, we checked in sipping Latte and chamomile tea in the lounge. The room was to-die-for and within an hour the staff had organized for us both to have in-room massages. I then soaked in the tub watching tv. We were upgraded to a suite with an entry hall complete with its own doorbell and visitors clock room. Separate lounge and dinning room complete with fireplace. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying in London. I just stayed in heaven!

Loved the place, it s an extraordinary place but they should inform the guests that this is a muslim hotel and therefore no full menu and... No alcoholic drinks served! Otherwise a great hotel

Staff very helpful

Vibrations and noise from underground quite unsettling.

Size i.e. small & intimate. Luxury furnishings and fittings. Very comfy bed and bedding.

No kettle in room or facility to make a cup of tea.

Every thing was beyond our expectations.. The Staff and service: incredible, the best we've seen anywhere. Really paying attention and going out of their way to make you feel welcomed.. Simply: faultless in quality & service.. Would and will definitely recommend

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we got to our room the staff had left some chocolates for our anniversary, nice touch. The room we stayed in was very modern, clean and luxurious. The continental breakfast was lovely. A good selection and plenty of it. The hotel was a lovely building and furnished to a high standard. Good location.

It was not a problem for us but there was no alcohol served at hotel. If you have been out for the day to come back and relax with a glass of wine would be nice but as I said this didnt bother us. We were on the first floor and we could hear the rumbling from the underground but it didnt disturb us in any way and would not put us off returning.
