I/We had a great stay right next to the pier (I had already read the reveiws and was aware of the noise from the night club closing late so took my mp4 player and put it in and did'nt hear a thing) It was great value for money and the weather was great so all in all we had a great time. The staff was very pleasent, friendly. and helpfull. I/We would stay again no prob... Advise would be to read some of the reveiws.

The very friendly and helpful reception and staff. The breakfasts were excellent, dinner we did not have but understand from other guests that they were also excellent. Our room was excellent with a view of the pier and sea. Will definitely wish to stay there again. Full Marks. No complaints. Everything was very good.

Lead by Jason (the general manager) I found the hotel full of friendly people, always willing to help. The hotel is nicely located for the Eastbourne seafront and for the local shops.

Pets were allowed. The room was small and stuffy. The only ventilation was an open window which was fine during the day but at night when all the revellers where going home it became too noisy to sleep. The shower was very inadequate, the water barely made it through the shower head. There was no window which would have been fine if the fan worked. The tea and coffee facilities were very poor. The staff had neglected to renew them and one packet of chocolate had been opened . We were glad we were only staying one night. The fact you were the only hotel I could find near the seafront to allow pets was the only reason we stayed, but the room we were given on the third floor reflected that. The lift was most inadequate..

Good customer service from the staff, especially the manager. The location was great, and the lounges had fantastic views. The room was massive and although hot I was able to open a window. The location is perfect the pier is just across the road and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was a little run down and not very clean, especially in the bathroom, which also smelt of mastic sealant!!! Towels were tiny and cheap and not changed frequently enough.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable and excellent location. 20 yards from pier 2 minutes walk from 30-40 restaurants, catering for all tastes. Reccomended for all above plus value for money rates and bar prices. B+b @£30.00 per person, per night in high season? Brilliant!!! Breakfast lacked imagination. Full English:- Sausage, egg, bacon (1 each) plus 'Chefs' Garnish'? Half tomato and small piece of black pudding?!?! Garnish?

We arrived late, but were made welcome. We were given good information on where to eat and able to buy a parking voucher for 50p which meant you could keep your parking spot until 11am rather than have to move it at 8am. The room was fine if a little dated, good shower and large bath towels. Good breakfast served efficiently. The mattress on the bed was the low end of budget- you could feel every spring. We were working and needed a good nights sleep, but arose stiff and unrefreshed. It was the one reason we would not use the hotel again.

We stayed in Eastbourne overnight to attend tennis tournament which was being held only 10 minutes walk away. Located near pier, just off main promenade. Hotel was dated, but clean and good value for money. Reasonable breakfast.. friendly staff. Would stay again. Street parkng available at hotel, but meters start at 8 am. To avoid getting up to see to parking, hotel supplied permit which allowed free parking until 11 am 10.30 check out a bit early.

Staff were very friendly and always appeared to be happy in thir Jobs. Breakfast waitress remembered I liked Sauce with my Breakfast after second Night!! Room Walls a bit thin so noise from corridor and Adjoining rooms was a bit irritating. Mainly, to be fair, due to inconsiderate Guests

The staff was amazing. Every request I have was answered positively. I wanted for nothing, except more time. They were doing repairs and construction, so the smell in the passageways weren't always nice, and my room was too warm at a certain time of the day. It would last until nightfall. Not comfortable.
