Lovely, friendly and charming hostess, who answered any questions and requests we had with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Me and my fiance stayed in the four poster room, the bed was incredibly comfy and we had a great nights sleep. The room isn't massive but it has everything you need and the bathroom is a good size. There's free parking, which is a major plus in Stratford and the location is 5 minutes from the RSC and other attractions. The breakfast is also made to order and was delicious. We will stay here again when we come back to Stratford and recommend it to our friends.

There wasn't anything not to like, it's great value for the level of service and location.

Very flexible and accommodating with regards to parking and earlier arrival than 4pm.

Very tight timings for breakfast - despite a bank holiday the latest possible breakfast time was 9am.

Charlotte was very friendly and helpful. The house has lots of character, great location and delicious breakfast

The accomodation was exactly as advertised and very comfortable, although the bed was a lot softer than we are used to. We were made to feel very welcome. It was a perfect base for our short visit to Stratford-upon-Avon.

The parking was a bit tight, especially since ours is a large car, but as the weather was dry the unmade track from the car park was not a problem.

Charlotte was lovley very warm and welcomming .Just a perfect host.We had the four poster room its was very nice. We used it as a base to visit the RSC Theatre which was about a 5 min walk away a perfect location. Breakfast was very good.loved the pre order service and self service toast Great little guest house

Friendly owner and family. Large comfortable room. Good breakfast. Great location for Royal Sakespeare Theatres and Stratford facilities.

Parking OK but a bit tricky, up a lane near the house.

I liked the location as it was only a very short walk into the town centre. We had a comfortable stay and were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was good and our room was clean. There are so many lovely pubs and places to eat in Stratford. Nice independent shops as well as the popular high street ones too. The Shakespeare houses and the theatre are all good to see. I had a great trip and would recommend to everyone.

Hosts make it worth visiting. Charlotte was able to cater for my son's egg allergy. Nothing was too much trouble.

Rooms are little bit small for any suitcases and the shower system needs updating which the owners claim they will do soon

Very quiet and a very nice BIG bed, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was exceptionally nice. Excellant location with walking distance to everything in town. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The heating system of the shower was quite hard to get right (as far as the temperature). One minute very cold and then went into scalding hot water. Could not get it regulated.

Disappointing was the cobwebs in all corners of room, the dust around the canopy of our four poster bed and the sock that was left from a previous guest underneath the bed along with more dust and a stray tissue, the little details need to be addressed, this b&b has so much potential, and would have been perfect if not for the lack of detail regarding cleanliness.

Had a lovely one night stay here. Definately recommend. Hosts were fantastic and the room was clean, fresh and comfortable. We wish we had stayed another night! Breakfast was also pleasant. Also a great location, everything was in walking distance.

Friendly, good location

It was the perfect place to stay. Arriving in Stratford-upon-Avon by car, it was easy to find. It was in such an ideal location that we could put the car away in a safe place as we did not need it. The owners we excellent hosts and looked after us brilliantly. As for our room, it was lovely and comfortable. We'll be back.
