Overlooking a floral park, this family-run bed and breakfast is in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, a short walk from all attractions.
Score from 225 reviews Very good
The helpfulness of the manager/Owner? The v good brealkfast.
It was a bit cold.
Very lovely house with large bedrooms and comfy bed. Breakfast was just the right amount. The whole place was spotlessly clean. There was even a bench provided for smokers and I was brought a coffee while sitting there!!! Usually you are treated like a 3rd class citizen. Would highly recommend and would stay again
Couldn't quite work out the shower, it ran very hot then very cold. No doubt I was doing something wrong but could be worth looking at.
the friendliness of the owner, Monica is lovely and the food was excellent.
some of the rooms have a seperate bathroom across the hall.
Very close to centre of Stratford on Avon. Very clean and friendly staff.
Car park was long way round the back and muddy to get to.
The staff the food the room all where better than we expected
location, hospitality, breakfast, bathroom clean, quiet.
Cold room, not the most comfortable bed, sloped loft ceilings so kept having to duck to get into bed.
Single beds too small and no room between them
Our room although it had an external bathroom for our sole use was great. Breakfast was good. Breakfast room was fabulous. We were offered the choice of two rooms. Beautiful area.
Could only pay by cash !!
Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent: all Stratford's main attractions are only a short walk away. The room and adjoining bathroom were spotless and the breakfast was ample and served with a smile. Extremely good value for money.
Arrived early at the station and called to see if I could drop my bag off and Monica said 'come, your room is ready and you're welcome'. Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts, what more could you ask?! Will certainly stay here again.
Location was perfect for town and all attractions
Stairs to room a little steep, not suitable for the elderly
Great to be able to park at back of house, then just a short walk into town. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We had room 3 at back of house, very quiet and comfortable.
We were originally shown to room 2 which was quite small, had twin beds, no wardrobe and bathroom across the hallway. I was a bit disappointed because I had asked for a double ensuite room. Thankfully, the lock on bathroom door was faulty and we were moved into room 3. Bit puzzled as to why we were put in smaller room to start with when the nicer room was vacant, especially as I booked months ago???
Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, parking space available and even a hairdryer in the bedroom. Every detail was thought of and there was a delightful feeling of being cared for throughout our stay.
Excellent service from staff Spotlessly clean Lovely breakfast Easy walk to town centre Reserved parking, although a bit tight if you have a large car
New shower a bit temperamental but I am told this is going to be fixed
Thanks was good
The location and friendliness of the hosts. Monica in particular was delightful.
To have the impression that I was very welcome in a very charming house in a small british village. Very nice reception by Monica and Charlotte, very comfortable room, although simple as usually small bnbs are, perfect beds and home breakfast...
clean room, 5min to town, nice breakfast, nice hosts Monica and Charlotte
Just like most guest house, there is no lift.
Size of room, cleanliness, comfort Friendly greeting and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again
Although we had a car park it was behind the building and was a struggle moving our luggage from the car to the house.
it was a simple beb. it has a nice parking space, but if you have a big car (like I did) it is very difficult to go inside.
room was very small. no place to put our luggage. bathroom was really small, dificult to shower. Really dark on parking (narrow access to it)
Guest house is equidistant to the town and to Mary Arden's farm. Ideal base for visiting all things Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon.Super friendly owner and staff.
Parking spaces are very tight.
nice room good breakfast and free car parking.
Comfortable room, friendly staff, nice breakfast, location and price.
Free parking bays were small with quite a high risk of getting your car bumped.
Very nice welcome. Well decorated. Our room was clean and comfortable with a new bed. Pleasant dining room.
Noisey extractor fan in room adjoining ours.
