The host Mark was extremely hospitable. I was surprised how out of his way he would go to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this hotel for families, the decorations of the room were nice and modern as well as clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially as I believe it was extremely great value for money! 5/5

Nothing in particular. The location wasn't the best however it was sufficient in terms of getting to the promenade.

We got a 6 person room for £300. It was such a good deal and our room was very nice, clean, and comfy. Mark was so cool and helpful the entire time. Would 100% recommend Aindale to anyone. Will be coming back and staying there again.

Lovely welcome on arrival. The place was spotless. We booked the room that slept 6 on the top floor. We have stayed at Blackpool on several occasions and I can say that this is the best place we have ever stayed at. Large room, breakfast was delicious and plenty. Great staff, very helpful. location was brilliant for everything. We will book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

mark and dean are the most lovliest,friendly,hardworking,honest young men ever,made us feel so welcome provided extra heating for my wife who has ms,made our 4day stay the best ever as we were made honoury mum n dad so proud of our new boys

creaky bed!!!

Mark and his partner made us feel welcome from the moment my 3 year old daughter and myself arrived. The room was more than big enough for the two of us with a single and a double bed! It was lovely, modern and clean. Mark was great, taking an interest in our plans and giving advice of places to go! My daughter loved him, especially when he borrowed her a peppa pig DVD from the DVD library! Breakfast was yummy and definitely set us up for the day! Overall a superb stay, would definitely recommend!

It was clean & tidy, the location was good for the winter gardens

The bathroom wasn't very easy to use as it was very small, with the door closed you couldn't get past the sink to the toilet!

Staff so pleasant and could not do enough for you - Thank you Mark Busines card given on arrival - no forgettig where you were staying Food great and plentiful Extras eg. Free DVD, Phone Charger found when my phone went down, Could leave bag after check out while went to shop

Not a lot Bathroom - Plug hole no grid cos I was told basin put in and then plumber said could not get grid?!! - Why put it in? Did not help that sloping side made soap slide off and down hole if plug not in Cheap toilet roll

The staff were very welcoming, always making sure we were okay! Making conversations with us and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend and stay there again!

Friendly staff

Room was very cold. Radiator didn't work although we were given a small fan heater to heat our room and our sons adjoining room. The adjoining room was through an archway not a door so we had no privacy. Decorative order was tired. If you shut the en-suite door it was very difficult to get out of the bathroom. Not very nice if a child felt stuck in there! We arrived back at the hotel at 11pm looking forward to having a nightcap at the "late bar" only to find it all shut :-(
