Location - close to Victoria rail and Underground

Room booked was last available - basement box room. Was very small. People arriving at 4:30 a.m. very noisy.

Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of cereals, rolls, croissants etc. Decent coffee, tea and juices. Luggage storage before and after 'official' stay was no problem and it was a short walk from Victoria station. Staff helpful in directing us to a street with eating establishments. We all thought it was a well-placed hotel for an overnight stay near Chelsea Flower Show venue. Would use again.

Breakfast was very very poor. Also de breakfastroom was not good. There was no fresh bread , only toasts.bread and croissants were like "sponges".

I liked the front porch to the hotel and the fact that I was allowed to leave my luggage after checkout until I needed to catch my train which enabled me to escape the hotel and get some much needed fresh air.

No lift and having to climb 5 flights with my luggage, a hernia and no assistance, staff that lack customer service, being informed on arrival that extended checkout was £10 and then the next day £10 per hour!? Shower curtains that stunk and appeared to have not been washed for a year, the worst draining system in the shower ever, causing the bathroom and room to flood and for my feet to be in what might've been the last guests dirty water and funk and injuries due to the room being the size of a shoebox so wherever you turn you end up bruising yourself with your luggage, not to mention the fact that the tiny window you could only open and close and even then it looked like it was ready to drop off the frame.

The room was small, was a twin room for single occupation. It was fitted tastefully and comfortably. Gave a nice modern, fresh appearance. The bathroom was immaculate and modern. Flatscreen tv was great, as was free wireless in the room. The bed was one of the BEST hotel beds I have slept in. Very good night!

The dining room was far too cramped and small for the volume of guests. A much bigger space is needed. This was offputting - and I nearly decided against the breakfast when I saw the queue extending beyond the room!! Update this area please!!! This spoils the hotel!!! Breakfast was perfectly acceptable in spite of being very cramped.

the location was great - just next to Victoria Station, but relatively quiet. clean good value for money decent breakfast

Lovely quiet location and within a short distance of Victoria train station and the shopping areas.the room was comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was what I would consider very good for a continental selection

The amount of space in the breakfast room could be improved as I felt like people were in each others pockets as seating was very close together.the tv in the room did not work properly as you never could tell what you were watching as the tv guide did not work and the shower leaked a tiny bit .

Helpful staff, comfortable room. Breakfast is provided, with a choice of cereals plus yoghurt, ham, fruit cocktail, toast and croissants.

Cold. Very poor breakfast. When you want to spend one more night they charge you 10 more pounds than the price you paid for your first night. Seems to be a normar practice in London. So, when you are comfortable in your room, you leave to another place.

the young woman on reception was moody and unwelcoming, the room was a lot smaller than the picture, the room wasnt as nice as the picture (carpet was stained, beds were old, rust in the shower).

The room was adequate and was located on the ground floor which was convenient as we had few suitcases. We were only here overnight and left before breakfast but had a good night sleep, so no complaints. Short walk to Victoria Railway Station (10mins)

Excellent value for money in central London location. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. There were few frills, but for the cost I wasn't expecting any.

The breakfast wasn't up to much, but again, I wasn't expecting much for the price.
