Very peaceful atmosphere, it definitely lacked the bustle you can get at other B&Bs. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to rest and recover from the stress of life.

very clean and good unfussy decoration. My room was on the inside courtyard and very quiet. Easy walk from city centre. Good breakfast. Worth noting that the community that runs the place runs homes for homeless and other charitable works, in Salisbury and elsewhere. Entrance easy to miss, but apart from that ...

Very quiet and clean. Staff friendly There wasn't any outside window in our bedroom, the only outside window was in the bathroom, which made me feel claustrophobic. Also, you at breakfast, you had to share a table with other people.

Tastefully decorated, a very good room layout. Pity no shower, but no big deal going down the corridor if price sensible. Breakfast well cooked. There was not really anything to complain about. Getting in with out the gate code could have been a problem if a staff member had not turned up when I arrived.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. It had unpretentious English charm and was run by a Christian Community.

It was clean and tidy The room went from cold to hot at unpredictable times. The breakfast was very ordinary with no fresh fruit and just some tinned grapefruit which was very sour It was very basic for the price as I have stayed in quite a few B & B's in the past and expected more.

The breakfast they gave us was the full English. It was well done and kept us full for the day The location is away from the city center, but Salisbury is a small enough town that walk there is only 15 mins away.

Location: within walking distance of the town centre, although walking back after dinner is not something we were looking for after the first time. Parking in the premisses is also a plus. The breakfast is full english cooked breakfast, and that is well cared for. We were expecting quite a lot more for the price. The beds are tough, the flat screen tv too small, and we failed to realize that a bedroom with wc ensuit, actually meant no shower on the room !!! After complaining about this we were put on a room with "full" ensuite facilities !!!. My parents were placed on a room where the only windows gave to the breakfast place, therefore they had no day light in the room !!!

The relaxed atmosphere. With friendly staff in a good quite location within walking distance of the town and with secure parking. The twin bed en-suite room ws very clean and comfortable although the shpwer could have been a little bigger. The breakfast was excellent with choice of cereals, juices, full engilsh and alternatives. Very good value for money would be happy to stay there again. Some people may be put off by the mention of Christian retreat but the religious aspect was very low key and not mentioned ian y way by any one - just respectful, hepful, friendy people who were welcoming to all and made our stay a pleasure.. A bigger shower would nice.

Wonderful access to Salisbury. Great for history buffs. I did not understand what type of guesthouse it was. Distinct Christian atmosphere. This was a great positive for me, but some might not like it. I certainly would have stayed there had I known - I liked it!
