really nice people,honestly friendly excellent food,and great all round value for money.

parking can be a bit of a proplem at high season.

the hotel was lovely staff were friendly room was lovely overlooking the sea food was first class would stay ther again in room no 1 or no 2 i really enjoyed my stay lovely breakfast and the meals in the evening were lovely and bar snacks lunch time very great

I felt relaxed because the staff were all so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and food was excellent.

Bed was nice and comfy. Nice clean carpet. Nice big room with plenty of storage space

Shower was poor, bathroom too small with nowhere to put the wet towels to dry.

Everything! Staff were delightful. Any problem was quickly resolved. All meals were great, including the 'pub' atmosphere in the evening.

Friendliness of the staff, location and overall feel of the room itself was great and me and my friends loved staying there.

very good staff most helpfull. good food. good value for money. Hotel on the whole very good Unfortunately got a parking fine even though displaying a blue badge.The manager of hotel offered aq free bar meal because he felt bad about that, as he knew I had wifes wheelchair in the boot.

weather was cold no heating in bedroom in afternoon. heating not required at bedtime, bbut heating would have made reoom more comfortable in afternoon

We had an enjoyable, relaxing short break. The room with a seaview was lovely. Staff were very helpful, friendly, food was very good. Hotel was very clean.

Couldn't turn off light in shower room No heating in shower room....very cold Internet connected but very very poor....opted for own 3G in the end. Flooring lifted in shower room Door to loo doesn't close

The manager and staff were authentically friendly...the atmosphere was happy and the clientele numbers were testament to this.lovely local atmosphere.

Would have liked a duvet instead of sheets and counter pane .... Small fry really compared to what we did like though.

The friendly staff, good food and beer. The room, whilst a bit small, suited my requirements. Right on the seafront, which I liked as I enjoy the sound of the sea and walking along the front. Far enough from town centre and Butlins to be just right.

The staff at the Navigator were very friendly, the food looked excellent although we didn't have an evening meal there. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent Would definately stay here again

comfort and food

Excellent view of the sea which is literally just across the road. The food is not at all pretensious, good straight forward home cooked fare and generous portions. Good value for money.

Parking is on the street if you can get it and the charges start from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Our room to the front of the Hotel has an excellent view however the noise from the bar below goes on until quite late.
