    Location was great,

No Wifi for 4 days, no DVD player at all and when we had a power cut they sent a non electrician to fix it

Liked the convince of the place, nice accommodation, just what we needed for BHF cotswold bike ride!

Couldn't get wifi to work and no egg cups for boiled eggs and we always have boiled eggs for breakfast!

New kitchen with a good oven, surprinsingly silent although busy road right next to it. Two spaces for cars right in front of the house.

One bedroom had just one bed, so one (of our family of four) had to sleep on the sofa, although it was a 4+ app. Two floors above a party went on til 3 a.m. Pillows were far too thick and hard Just 5 sets of cutlery and crockery, so washing up necessary after every meal. Remote control for TV needed new battery. doesn't tell you that you have to pick up the keys at the Central Hotel, which is not in Albion Street. You just find a phone number in front of 76, Albion Street, and have to ring them - they will then give you directions to the hotel.

The location and the privacy are great and I realy enjoyed my stay . I have another trip to Cheltenham soon and will book again .

The Pillows . Far too hard and a coffee table to eat off in front of the sofa would make the stay perfect .

    Location price

Was quite cold at night, bedding looked a bit tired, annoying to have to go to hotel to get keys...

Nothing, the whole experience was appalling.

Locating and location poor. Parking means driving over a 6" pavement. Security non existent Bed, pillows and covers dirty and uncomfortable. Noise levels appalling ever sound could be heard from doors and above room above. Toilet area and shower dirty. How the hell does this place get a 7.8 l would give it minus 7.8.

The rooms are tidy and clean. We are very satisfied with the location and facilities.

It is actually Central Hotel not Albion Street Hotel. It took us a while to find out where to get the keys because the apartments are not in the hotel. Maybe a map can be provided in front of the apartment.

Self Contained and private apartment with reasonable facilities. Felt secure. Friendly staff, who were extremely helpful and pleasant - good service.

Beds and plillows very uncomfortable. Not much privacy for changing, as the main building overlooked the studio. Towels seen better days.

    Location, cost

Size of the bathroom There were no booking instructions, we were never told that on arrival we would have to go to another location to get the keys and were left standing outside, we then had to call the number outside to find out what to do.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Internet was efficient.

I thought I booked an apartment at 76 Albion Street and had checked the route there from the Central Hotel in Portland Street. However, when I collected the keys I was given directions, very different from my planned route. I did not realize that my apartment was in Trinity Lane. Although it is only 2 mins away, it was not easy to locate, on a cold, dark and rainy night with baggage in tow. I had to return to Central Hotel again to reconfirm the place and eventually found it. I dread to think of what will have happened had there been NO receptionist around (as I arrived around 9pm) and I had collected my keys from the pigeon hole.

Close to centre of town. Long stay parking nearby if you can't get one of attached parking spots. Loved the studio apartment in the garden, it was just right for us. Shame it was too cold or wet to sit outside.

Only minor niggles, no real complaints. Only 2 parking spaces. Check-in instructions unclear i.e. you have to go to the Central Hotel, I only went there to ask directions because I knew it was part of the group having stayed in the hotel last year. Towels and bed linen a bit tired. Bin lid didn't close and kettle lid temperamental. Toilet blocked one afternoon but quickly dealt with. Water not very hot.

In a quiet corner of town however close to center. The room No.5 is small for family of 3 but it is individual in the backyard. A supermarket "Lidl" and a nice burger place ""Real Burger" is within 5 minutes walk and a breakfast cafe is across street. Parking friendly.

WEAK wifi. Impossible to walk to Train Station and challenging to walk to Coach Station when taking big luggages and a young kid. The front door can be neater.

Location was central and apartment spacious. The apartments very clean and presentation of rooms very welcoming.

Unable to control the temperature of shower which was a concern with young children. There was no table in the lounge as shown in the picture for booking this made eating a little awkward had to put food and drinks on floor.

    Proximity to town

Very basic, dirty carpets, stained sofa, broken slat beds. Ability of owners to shift booking to other apartment in group, without any email query.
